Preparing to mail 2024 HIVE SILVER ROUND
Mailing a letter or parcel is not always the simplest (or most fun) task, especially considering the lengthy wait times and frequently subpar customer service.
I am so glad that everything can be signed, sealed, and delivered from the comfort of my home, whether I am sending a care package or a large number of packages like these ones.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is, of course, my preferred way to send packages. They have provided me with all the information required to establish a personal post office at my residence!
The full name of the person I'm sending the 2024 HIVE SILVER ROUND to and their full local or international address. ✔️CHECK
Certificate of Authenticity Pit and Mine ✔️CHECK
The serial number and the name ✔️CHECK
Weigh each one ✔️CHECK
Complete forms ✔️CHECK
Shipping costs for each one ✔️CHECK
All I need are the proper packaging supplies and a printer. I am printing my own customs forms by using the Customs Form Online tool.
Shipping a parcel from home is a rather easy process. Using a Flat Rate shipping envelope and box is the most straightforward and economical choice. The actual boxes and envelopes are free. Particularly if you mail a lot of papers or goods, the savings can build up. You're set as long as everything fits into the box and envelope. In many cases, it's less expensive than having to pay the weight-based postal charges. There's a considerable risk that delivery could be delayed or that the box will be returned to you if the postage is incorrect. I am using my own padded envelope to mail these Hive Silver Rounds since they are small.
Also, I have an account with USPS, which allows me to pay for postage from home. Then I can arrange for a pickup at home (which I seldom do), or drop it in our mail tower, or bring it to the post office.
For those who have ordered the 2024 HIVE SILVER ROUND watch for it in the mail... it is on it's way!

My instincts are telling me that we should have a backup plan for the 2025 version of the Hive silver round. The Pit we knew would have made sure everything went smoothly avoiding problems before they could happen.

It was always a fun for me! in the early 2000-es (before the torrents epoch arrived) I used to do a lot of B&P trades (B&P stands for: blank discs and postage). Getting music and non-commercial live videos from fans into my collection was as much pleasurable part, as sharing what I had via postage. I still enjoy the process tremendously! and keep a great stock of blank envelopes at home... just nothing to send nowadays !LOLZ and !PIZZA
