Keep Your Money Where it Belongs

Our social circles can occasionally have an impact on how we think about money. We may adopt this mindset if our friends and colleagues are materialistic and let money rule their lives. It is best to avoid such people.

Money may offer us many options in life and a good standard of living.

We need money for mortgage or rent payments, for groceries, and as means to pay our bills. More money doesn't make us happier. It doesn't make us better individuals. Recognize the value of money, but avoid making it your main priority.

I do it by managing my personal funds once a month only. I don't care when something is due. All payments are done at the beginning of the month. I'm finished with it until the next month. I also assess my retirement, bills, savings, and progress at this time. It prevents me from fretting nonstop about money. It lessens compulsive behavior as well. Try it out.

Occasionally, it's acceptable to treat yourself. Spending some money should probably be acceptable if you absolutely need it or if you've been excellent about staying on schedule. The idea is to avoid being so finicky with money and the rules you make that you never buy something that will truly make you happy.

Who would choose to have a life filled with ongoing stress and worry about their finances, obligations, and possessions?

Live for the people you care about
and the things you value.

You are right that having money is very important to live a prosperous life, such things only sound good in movies and stories that having money is not necessary for prosperity. Some people say that money cannot buy happiness but I believe that money can take away the pain you feel from the things you need and don't get.

I love this! Money is a good addition to life, but shouldn’t be the sole purpose of our existence. Our money should help us connect, and create a better lifestyle for those after us, but riches and wealth don’t make a person

Definitely!
That is why having savings is important. It can help in creating the lifestyle that one desires.

Great advice again! Getting all the bills paid is the most important before indulgences. I've always seen money as a necessary evil, because like you said we have the have a roof over our heads and pay the bills. However it isn't going to make you happy, the long list of celebrity suicides can prove that.

Live for the people you care about
and the things you value.

I loved that, my friend @silversaver888 💕🌹

And so it is necessary to manage, but also give yourself a treat, that's what life is for, to live and be happy, but to stay away from people who envy what you have, even if it is not material.

A hug, and a thousand blessings, have a beautiful weekend.

Wise advice, we need money to live, money does not buy happiness.

Put some away, spend some, it's part of life, always have a good idea on what you have available at all times.

!LUV Have a wonderful weekend!

That’s very wise @silversaver888, I do the same!😊
On the first of the month I reevaluate investments, reinvest stock dividends, etc!😇
Then I can step back, and focus on what’s really important for the balance of the month………..Liz😇🥰
Have a wonderful Saturday my friend!😊

Live for the people you care about
and the things you value.

I love this statement! Ultimately, that's what gives life a meaning. Letting money dominate our lives wouldn't bring any sort of lasting fulfillment.

Bitter truth is money is everything especially the society we live in . Don't take me wrong but people always judge us how much rich we are no matter how good or bad you are or how much we are educated.. what matters the most is money. I really hate this.😐

Everyone decisions in life makes the path in which they will travel. Unless you learn from your bad decisions, you will never be on the right path.

I got all the little boxes check marked ✔️
I know I still have wriggle room with the bills, how many silver coins I can afford per month versus how much I want to pay off my line of credit. The only mystery is Inflation and interest rates. Pay the bills on one click!
I love it when a plan works.

Always, with love 🤗🌺❤️

In today's era, without money, a person can't do anything and the sad thing is that nowadays even people know you only because of your money. There was a time when people used to say to each other that this person is very good, but now after seeing the money, people say that this person is very good.

Very aptly put; you cannot have 2 masters! People may think money makes them happy, but I've known plenty of people with plenty of money and most times, they are unhappy.

Thanks for sharing sis! Love ya much!🤗😘💖🌸 !LADY

Yes money is good but it doesn't buy happiness , but a it can buy a whole deal of other things to make us happy a familiar situation in the book The Rule of Money by Richard Templar. Money is not everything but it still what give humans a comfortable means of living, but most times the reason for going the extra mile is because saving up for the future and for retirement is quite necessary and you wouldn't want to start suffering financial crisis at old age
