How to use LEOTHREADS

Do you use LEO THREADS?

Although the front end of leofinance.io is primarily devoted to cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial content, all types of content are warmly welcomed in the Leo Threads area.

Leo Threads can be used to market your articles and improve visibility.


The url which gets loaded is https://alpha.leofinance.io/threads.

You will have to log in which is found in the lower left hand corner of the page.



Clicking the Log in opens up this screen:


You will need your Hive Keychain to log in.

Enter your username to open the dashboard.


From Left to right:

Notifications- You receive a notification over here in the notification area on the left whenever someone mentions you and upvotes your post or comment.

Thread- Using a short posting format of 240 characters, this is where you THREAD. Don't forget to use tags! Hit the [Thread] button when done. Your Thread will show in the tags you have listed.

Show more... tags!




As you can see from the expanded list of Trending Tags, Leo Threads is for everyone!

You can use Leo Threads to promote your posts and increase visibility.

In addition, every upvote a thread gets brings in money for the creator of the thread in the form of Leo tokens, which are the native tokens of the leofinance.io platform, as well as in Hive.

I had lots of quarries about the system now that if we need a separately registration on leofinance.io or we can be sgin with hive credentials. Please guide me a bit

You don't need a separate registration. You are a registered user of HIVE already.
What you need is to LOG IN using Hive Keychain.
If you don't have a Keychain password yet, then you have to create one.

Go to the link in here:

It opens up this window:

Scroll down, it will show you the how to :

Download Keychain.

Once you have your password, you can log in. And use your Keychain anywhere in Hive!

I just tried it, posting my first Thread. Sadly, I forgot to add any tags LOL. Now I can't find it to add any. Thread looks great, however, and as my first attempt is slightly tongue in cheek, it's disappearance into the mists of time may be best for all concerned.

Well, I do appreciate the belated information. I have not seen a means of editing the Thread after it was published, however, some folks saw it, which I didn't expect after I realized I'd published it without any tags. I reckon I'll add tags next time, just like I do with my ordinary posts on Hive.
