2022 Samoa Pacific Mermaid Princess of the Seas

The Scottsdale Mint produces a number of popular series. One of their coin programs is the Samoa Silver Pacific Mermaid Series. This debuted in late 2021. The 2022 is newest coin in this series a depicts a stunning mermaid swimming with a complex pattern encircling her.

Whereas previous coins focused on the evil side of these sea creatures, the 2022 version focuses on the Mermaid's playful, royal beauty.

The crest of Samoa is featured in the obverse of the coin, along with denomination of 2 Tala.
The shield is in the foreground and center of the opposite side. The inscription "Fa'avae I Le Atua Samoa" means "God is the Foundation of Samoa" and is located beneath the shield. This official crest is encircled by the coin's distinguishing characteristics. The left and right of the shield is the weight and fineness of the coin.
It is more ornate than the 2021 Pacific Mermaid obverse design. The obverse is surrounded by the same pretty design as the reverse.

Here, the Pacific Mermaid Princess arrives in the middle of a violent ocean, but she remains serene and seemingly indifferent to the chaos of the waves. Surrounded by decorative seashells in an intricate, filigree-style design, the Mermaid clutches a long string of pearls loosely, which held the Mermaid's tears turned into pearls.

The Scottsdale is located in the United States Mint and produces coins for foreign nations, including the Republic of Congo, Samoa, and Fiji. The Scottsdale Mint was created in 2009 as a bullion reseller. They are now one of the most well-known private mints in the world.

This is 2022 They are late in coming out with it. I look forward to the 2023 edition of the Pacific Mermaid, and wonder what design they come up with.

(Edited)

The first one did not have any design near the edges. I think mermaids should be surrounded by decorative seashells in an intricate, filigree-style design like the second one. Let's see, @elizabethbit sis 🤗😘

Oh, goodness gracious! My bad, I was so in a hurry (the story of my life), I failed to mention that you mentioned it to me, which is why I came to know it. Same with all the E8 coins. It was maddogmike!
So much going on, sis! I'll tell you soon!
