Santa Baby… first gift arrives
Afternoon everyone ….
Well, I have put up the stackers Christmas tree. It was actually put up on Saturday night. I will be doing a post on that probably tomorrow, but definitely this week.
From reading posts a couple of our fellow community members have or are thinking about joining in on this. I believe that @silversaver888 told me that she had one going. @kerrislravenhill told me in one of her comments recently that she is thinking about putting one up.
But for today…..
We are going to talk about Secret Santa. Because today I received my first of three secret Santa gifts in the mail. My tradition is to put them under the tree and wait until Christmas Day to open them. To me it leads to more anticipation.
Here is the package. Obviously I’m not showing the address label side….
The only thing that I will say is that it came from somewhere in the United States.
I’m still waiting on two more of them. Hopefully they will arrive shortly. You never know with the lovely postal system these days. That’s why I sent mine out over a week ago now.

I know it's not from Canada, they gettin' hosed this year with the postal strike!
Well I sent 3 things to Canada, hope they get there.
Basic Mail Service in Canada is at a total stand still. Private carriers are swamped. Not good for our economy. I propose Christmas be placed in suspended animation and resumed as soon as this strike is over. Judging from the latest comments, not sooner but likely later.

Congrats on the first package in the mail. I know that the one I sent is delivered as well, but I haven't seen any here yet. So I'm still waiting in excitement. Probably easier to not have it yet so I will not be able to open it early :)
