Oh Christmas tree…

Afternoon everyone….

It was a really miserable weather day here on Saturday. I had a bunch to do for a job that I’m currently trying to finish up. The weather certainly did not make it easy. The wind was blowing the rain sideways soaking me to the bone bringing stuff in and out of the shop. Around two in the afternoon, I had to give up, the rain was just coming down too hard. Aside from that it was also under forty degrees outside as well.

I really wasn’t in the mood to do anything after spending half the day in the pouring rain.

But…..

It was the only day that I was going to have the time to put up the Christmas tree. So after a shower and warming up a bit. I decided to pull the Christmas tree out of storage and set it up.

That is what it looks like bare.

I still had no motivation to complete it at that moment. So it sat like that for several hours, while I got some other things done that I needed to. Like bills, estimates, laundry, etc.

After dinner I got sick of looking at the bare tree, and decided to get the silver rounds to put on it and finish it.

There are currently twenty seven Christmas silver rounds on the tree. I have a handful more that need to be put on, but I haven’t located the box with the air-tite ornament capsules in them. So it’s gonna have to wait.
