My Favorite Actress [CineTV Contest]
I've been a fan of Jodie Foster since I was a kid, so it's no surprise that she's my favorite actress. She has an amazing ability to portray real life characters with such depth and complexity. Her characters are always multi-dimensional, flawed, and very human. That's why I love her movies so much. She never takes the easy way out. She makes you think about the issues and themes in her films long after you've seen them.
I'm also a big fan of independent film. There is something special about watching an unknown actor or actress get their first chance on the big screen. It gives me hope for the future of cinema. I like seeing new talent rise up through the ranks and become stars.
Jodie Foster fits this mold perfectly. She started off as a child star in TV shows and then moved into movies where she became one of the biggest movie stars of the 80s. After making some great films like Taxi Driver, Midnight Express, and The Accused, she went on to direct some of the most important documentaries of our time including The Silence of the Lambs and Freaks and Geeks.
She continues to be a force in Hollywood today, working both behind and in front of the camera. I really look forward to seeing what she does next!
The last few years have been pretty rough for Jodie Foster. She's had several personal tragedies, but she's come back stronger than ever before. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.
Jodie Foster's latest film is called The Mauritanian. This movie tells the story of a woman who is forced to flee from her country when it falls under the control of a brutal dictator. It is a very powerful film.
I wish Jodie all the best in her future endeavors. She's a true inspiration.
