you know things start becoming hard and unbearable when you think you've lost your hope
First what is hope; Hope is a powerful and often quiet force within us, a belief in the possibility of a brighter future, even in the face of uncertainty. It's the spark that ignites perseverance, urging us to look beyond our struggles with the faith that things can improve. Whether found in small, daily moments or in times of great challenge, hope provides the courage to move forward, fueling our dreams and helping us navigate life's twists and turns. you know is not easy for someone to depend on something and at the end of it, it turns out to be a disappointment. we all know that not everything hope for will come to an end but there is this one that you will be very sure of but at the end you won't see anything it really hurts.

Examples of thing we can hope for

  • money:
you know when you are expecting some money and at that point of time you have listed everything you will be using the money and all of a sudden you receive a message saying that the money is not available that you should wait isn't that a lost hope. money is the main thing that can make lost his\her hope

on that convention period I lost my hope, why because I had no money to buy clothes and shoes even the money for my hair, it discourages me to extend I told my sister that am not going again but she told me don't worry she will look into it.
I was surprise at what she did she did almost everything I was very happy that I have a sister like that.
Losing hope often arises from a combination of challenging circumstances and emotional exhaustion. Here are some situations that could lead to such feelings:

  1. Repeated Failures
Constant setbacks in achieving goals or dreams can make you feel like progress is impossible.
  2. Betrayal or Broken Trust
Being let down by people you rely on, especially loved ones, can shake your faith in relationships.
  3. Loss of a Loved One
Grief can overshadow your ability to see a hopeful future.
  4. Chronic Stress or Burnout
Overwhelming demands with no time to recharge can drain your mental and emotional energy.
  5. Unrealistic Expectations
Setting goals that are too high or comparing yourself to others may lead to feelings of inadequacy.
  6. Isolation
Loneliness and the absence of support systems can make challenges seem insurmountable.
  7. Injustice or Unfair Treatment
Facing systemic or personal unfairness can create frustration and disillusionment.
  8. Health Issues
Prolonged physical or mental health struggles can diminish your resilience and optimism.
  9. Lack of Direction
Feeling unsure about your purpose or path in life can lead to a sense of hopelessness.
  10. World Events
Global crises, such as wars, natural disasters, or economic downturns, can make the future seem bleak.
However, it’s important to recognize that hope can often be reignited through small steps, supportive people, or new perspectives. Even when things seem dire, seeking help, adjusting expectations, or focusing on what is within your control can bring light back into your life.

what to do when all hope is lost

is not easy to let go everything just like but you need to try.
When hope feels lost, it can be incredibly difficult to find motivation to move forward. However, there are strategies that can help you regain a sense of purpose and optimism. Here are some steps to consider:

  1. Acknowledge Your Feelings
Accept that it’s okay to feel hopeless. Suppressing emotions can make them worse. Let yourself feel, but don’t let those feelings define your future.
  2. Reach Out for Support
Talk to someone you trust: Sharing your struggles with friends, family, or a counselor can provide relief and new perspectives.
Join a community: Being part of a group—whether in person or online—can remind you that you’re not alone.
  3. Focus on the Present Moment
Practice mindfulness or meditation to ground yourself in the here and now. This can help reduce overwhelming thoughts about the future.
  4. Set Small, Achievable Goals
Break down your tasks or aspirations into manageable steps. Completing even one small task can restore a sense of accomplishment.
  5. Rediscover Your Why
Reflect on what used to inspire or motivate you. Ask yourself:
What brought you joy in the past?
What values are most important to you?
Who or what do you care about deeply?
  6. Engage in Acts of Kindness
Helping others can shift your focus and give you a sense of purpose. Volunteer or do something thoughtful for someone else.
  7. Limit Negative Influences
Reduce exposure to news, toxic relationships, or anything else that adds to your feelings of despair.
  8. Take Care of Your Physical Health
Prioritize sleep, healthy eating, and regular exercise. Physical wellness can significantly impact your emotional state.
  9. Seek Professional Help
Therapists, counselors, or spiritual advisors can provide guidance tailored to your situation. Don’t hesitate to seek medical advice if needed, especially for mental health.
  10. Look for Hope in Small Things
Start a gratitude journal and note one thing each day, no matter how small, that makes life worth living.
Surround yourself with uplifting books, music, or art that speaks to resilience and hope.
  11. Trust in Change
Remember, no matter how bleak things feel, life is dynamic. Circumstances, emotions, and perspectives can—and often do—change over time.
Finding hope again is often a gradual process. Be patient with yourself, and take each day one step at a time.
    I love you all @shullamite17
