Battle Mage Secrets -Equal Opportunity

Hello Friends,

Good day to you all and I hope that this week is going well for you. It is Sunday today and it is the weekend time for us. I am having a good time while playing some splinterlands battles.

The weekend is the right time for me when I spend more time on the game and this game is nothing but a splinterland game. It's a card-based game where each card is an NFT and each card gets some sort of ability and different statistics in the game. This is the type of concept you will not get to see in the traditional world of gaming and this is why splinterlands is very popular and I hope more people come to join this fantastic game and experience the highly advanced gaming with this.

I have not yet reviewed my rental progress for this week but I have a plan to do it today and most probably in the evening but this morning time I am utilising to draft my battle share post. Battle share is important in terms of learning because we get to know many cards and different rule sets. We don't win every battle but whatever battle we lose can be a good option for us to check out what went wrong and what should be the right strategy to improve the next battle on the same card and possible ruleset.

The rule set we have this week is Equal Opportunity. This rule set means every card will get the opportunity to attack from any position even in case of melee because that card does not work if it is not placed in the first place. With this opportunity ability it can be really good for all the cards and this is why I like playing with this rule set whenever available.

Challenge Rule this week - Equal Opportunity

The rule set for this week is Equal Opportunity. This is one of the rules set in the game that is fun and I can say that we get it often. Although it is not an extraordinary rule set but surely fun to play and because all the cards can be used properly in the game which is the best part about it. Row set is very important in any battle because following this we can win the battle but if not followed then we can also lose the battle because not following means the card setup is not according to the rule set.

I already say that is an opportunity for us to explore different strategies and see how it works so if it works well then the strategy is good but if not then also it is the time for us to figure out the right one. My winning ratio is somewhere around 50% and maybe in future I can improve it but for now this is the maximum I am able to get and even though when I try to do it more but still nothing much is visible on this side.

All units gain the opportunity ability which allows them to attack the unit with the lowest health on the enemy team.

Cards for Battle

I got 12 mana for this battle and its too less and I managed to pick 4 cards with chicken. I took the chicken card because there is no mana cost involved with this card so it is always good to pick if there is a slot available for any card. There is another rule set called fab 4 which allows up to four cards to be used in the battle and its a recently added rule set in the game. When more rule set is also equipped with this battle it is called silenced summoner which means that any ability your summoner has will not be used in this battle. This is a battle with three rules at and I still did pretty well.

I think my card selection was very good for the battle and this is why I won it so I am here sharing what cards I have taken for the battle which can give you a better insight about this-

  • Cerberus
  • Goblin Shaman
  • Flame Monkey
  • Furious Chicken

I played the battle using the fire element with dragon also and the opponent player used water element cards.

Battle details

I am sharing the link for the battle that I have played and I can say that it is the battle that you will like because of the limited mana and 4 cards. Sometimes a battle can be fun even with low mana if the right cards are chosen and we have the probability to win and even sometimes with high mana also we can lose the battle if the right cards are not picked.

I am also sharing some battle snapshots below about this and I discussed in this post that this is a nice and fun battle.

I have won this battle. After the change now rating points are fixed so that we can win 20 points for each battle that we win and lose the same when we lose the battle.

Conclusion

This was a good battle to play even with the Lo Mana and my first card was really powerful but it's not mean that the others were not useful because every card did good. Because of the rule set which is equal opportunity all the cards got the chance to attack on opponent player cards. The opponent player has taken two cards while I took four including one magic so it was the right strategy for the battle and this is why I won this battle even when the mana cost was low. We can't say that if mana is low then we can't win the battle because strategy plays a very important role.
