Celebrating splinterlands 6th year anniversary

Hello gamers, I hope we're doing okay... It feels great to be among those celebrating the 6th year anniversary of splinterlands, it's my first year celebrating it, even though I joined hive two years ago but I joined splinterlands few months ago, February to be precise.
I have known splinterlands long ago but I don't know how to join or start playing, I even heard a rumour sometime that I need hundreds of dollars to start playing, this was the major thing that discouraged me.

But earlier this year, I was going through a friend's blog and I saw him post his splinterlands battles, I was surprised because I was thinking how he did it with sush huge amount of money, so I message and ask about it, then he explained everything to me, that was how I knew it doesn't cost so much to start and then I get started. I was so happy to join because I've always wanted to, I do see people talk about how amazing it's, so joining was just a dream come true. Kudos to my friend who showed me how to register and how to play the game, he actually did a very great job because he sacrificed alot of time so he could teach me. So I'll say I get to know more about splinterlands and also start playing through the help of my friend.

Ever since i joined in February, it has been a wonderful experience, I need to go dust my laptop, buy a new laptop battery because it was more or less like a television, no backup due, so I just did some things to revive it.
Splinterlands have become more interesting this days because I moved to another league, I've been buying cards so as to stay relevant in the game and then playing with more experienced players helped me develop much skills and make me more knowledgeable as well. I don't really have a specified amount of game I play daily, it depends on my schedule, sometimes if I'm less busy I play more than 10 games per day, mainly because I need to balance things, I have many engagement, so the need to balance things cannot be underplayed.

My achievement so far is nothing much, just that I've advanced to bronze league two and hopefully I'll also advance to the next league this week. Moreover, I see myself doing things that seems to be difficult at first, so that's another achievement.
Well, just like every other person who has vision and mission in the game, I wish to become a very good player, a professional one at that, getting to the peak is my dream, acquiring a lot of things that needs to be acquired, getting to the highest of the highest leagues, collecting specific cards and mastering new strategies.
Some of the biggest advice or motivation I can give to someone who wants to hop in the game is for them to always see a way in everything, nothing is impossible, if some people can get to the top, you can also get there and most importantly, practice makes perfection, so they need to keep practicing more often to achieve their goals.
