Mission 10, Lifestyle Need Some Changes
Mission 10 is nothing big here. I've decided to go to sleep at 10 tonight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This morning I was so exhausted and couldn’t finish all the tasks on time. This is not the lifestyle I like to have for myself. I need some positive changes and that's the mission 10.
So nothing mysterious about mission 10. For sleeping late night I'm losing energy for work in the morning. I eat healthy but still suffering from tiredness in the morning which is not a positive sign for my healthy lifestyle for all time.
We all like to have changes in life and those changes always has impacts on our life. Unhealthy habits never can bring blessings so better we bring some positive changes in life. If late night awaking is not responsible behind my being exhausted in the morning then I may try healthy drink in the morning. I have plan for apple cider vinegar in the morning with warm water.
Few weeks ago one of my hiver friend @lichtblick shared in his blog is that Apple cider vinegar with lemon and water helped him feeling energetic in the morning. So plan A is early to bed and plan B is drinking warm water with lemon and Apple cider vinegar. Let's see what going to workout.
I'm already 7 minutes late, its sharp 10:07 pm now. I'm lying on bed at sharp 10 pm but now going to publish this before sleeping. I'm done with dinner, prayers, teeth brushing and all those things I do daily before sleeping and after publishing this post I'll be done completely.
I watched a movie tonight so I become late a little bit but at least I'm satisfied that I'm not awaking late night. I'll switch off my phone after I'm done with this post. So before 10:30 pm I can expect a good night sleep tonight. Hope you all are having a good day or night over there.
