Journaling Takes Discipline

Doing something like #NaJoPoMo takes dedication and discipline. It's not a regular habit for me, but it does seem like it would be a good practice to maintain.

I found this GIF for today's post that actually would have been better suited to yesterday's post. Ah well, he does look like someone who has a schedule that includes regular journalng.
