The Art Exhibit at Times Square 😀
Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well!
One day, I went to Times Square. I am looking for something that I gonna bring in going back home. I didn't know that there is an art exhibit that time.
When I saw, there's an art exhibit I stopby and look the art works. I am amazed of the artworks. I really appreciate all the displayed artwork. Because, I don't have a talent like them. Even just a simple drawing I can't make it. The hands of the artists are so blessed in making all the artworks I have seen.
Here are some of the artworks I have seen on the exhibit.
There are also some portraits displayed. Actually, I wanted to have my own picture on the portrait. 😀 Maybe one of these days I gonna call the artist and draw me. 😀
There's a fisherman fishing while sitting on the seawall.
There's a kid making the y-slingshot. I remember during my childhood, I also played and used that y-slingshot. We used it when we have something to shot that is very far. But, usually the boys are the ones who use it. I only borrowed from them. 😁
There's an old monument that I don't know who was it.
There is a simple guava fruits that looks real. Even just simple artwork, I can make it. 😁
The last artwork I gonna share is one of the famous game in Philippines. It is called a kat-kat sA kawayan or commonly known as Palo Sebo. It is usually played during fiestas or other occasions. It is played mostly by young boys. It is the game where a long bamboo pole is planted in an open space ground. The bamboo pole was polished and has greased all over with the prize at the topmost of the bamboo pole. The young boys gonna climb to get the prize. It is a fun game because the bamboo pole is too greasy. Most of the players keeps on climbing and falling until one reaches the top. Who ever got the prize wins.
I missed my childhood days where gadgets are not yet on the market. We always played our traditional games.
That's all of the artworks displayed at the exhibit. Maybe you'll remember something related to the artworks just like me. 😀
Have a Blessed Thursday everyone! 😀😀😀💖💖💖
Thank You Lord for the blessings and love!
Be grateful in every little/simple things and you'll find happiness you ever wanted! 😀😀😀
Everyday is worth to be grateful of!
Praying for the safety and wellness of all.

This post is undervalued, and no comments too, I'll change that. When I saw Times Square I thought you might've been in New York for a moment 😁. I haven't been to an art exhibit for years, it's not really part of the culture here. In Ecuador though, people sold gigantic paintings right on the street, lots of talented painters there like in your country. Just like you, I don't have this innate talent, but I do appreciate it.
Oh, almost forgot, give me a reply so I can smash the upvote and give this post some more rewards.
Hi sir @justinparke! I am sorry for the late reply. I was on a short vacation at home. Now, I am sailing back to Cebu City. I had an awesome short vacation. I gonna share it here the next few days. Right now, I gonna take a nap while waiting for our arrival to Cebu City. I can feel my tired body of my busy days at home.
Thank you so much for your comment.
How I wish I've been to New York Times Square for a moment. 😁😁
It is nice to see the artworks of the artists. I do appreciate their works even I myself don't have talent like them. 😀
I thank you that you commented on this post of mine. I really appreciate it. I only read it just now. And I am touched of your kind gestures. 😀❤️
Hope to be more active when I get back to Cebu. I gonna need more sleep and rest for the moment.
Thanks again sir @justinparke! 🥰
