Hope all are safe and well!

Tonight, we feel hungry. We check the pantry if what we could cook. We ended cooking a pancake. The east snacks to prepare

We got all purpose flour, margarine, sugar and birch tree milk. Combined it together then cook in a pot cover only not in a pan. We cooked it with a tablespoon of cooking oil. Flip both sides to cooked.

When cooked, our snacks before midnight is ready to eat. We enjoyed the snacks. It's not really sweet. It tasted good according to my taste buds.

That's how easy to prepare this kind of snacks. It won't takes too much time in cooking. 😀

By the way, we used the pot cover in cooking the pancake. So, it is not a pancake. It is a potcovercake. What do you think? 😁😁
