[EN/PT-BR] Income Portfolio: Update after 10 days of new focus.

After 10 days of my announcement about the start of the creation of an income Wallet, in which I will build a way to earn Hive passively, I would like to share my evolution on the Tokens that I am holding or Stake to earn these yields.

I'm fascinated by this possibility of an income Wallet, I'm impressed how we can make our money work and automatically receive something for it, of course nothing happens 100 % alone, you need to invest and I even imagined a phrase: “I need money to make money”, it's funny, but it's the truth, focusing on acquiring these Tokens, I seek a future in which I can balance between posting and just earning income.

In my list below, I put the ones with the green background as the main Tokens, these are the ones that I am giving due focus to. The other Tokens on the list also have a form of income, either daily or weekly, but I won't go into detail about them for now.

DAB and DBOND

We can see that my biggest investment in these 10 days was in Token DBOND, being one of the most affordable and with a higher return, that is, taking advantage of Due to its still low price, set at 1 SWAP.HIVE, this helps a lot to acquire it for the long term, since the more Stake you have, The most often Token DAB will be generated in your account.

Remembering that the liquid DAB is what will generate Hive for my account. If I place it in Stake, more DBOND will be generated, which is not the case at the moment, since the DBONDs I acquired were all through of purchase.

Although the payment is daily, I believe that the nodes are making an error, so the last transfer was 4 days ago. I looked at other profiles and they also have a 4-day transfer, so something is happening that is not being transferred, but we can get an idea about the amount transferred just by holding 1,437, this number for this day.

DBOND have been my biggest priority, this is the fact, so this corresponds with their increase much greater than the other Tokens. I want to reach Stake of 300 DBOND as quickly as possible, as the first relevant objective regarding it.

EDS and EDSMM

They don't have much of a secret, the Token EDS is one of the most targeted by those who are creating their Wallets of income. With several options, you can focus on buying Token directly from the market, I would recommend keeping at least 100 so you can start receiving small votes from the profile @eds-vote, i.e. seeking that number as quickly as possible.

From this point on (not being a financial recommendation) I started to focus on the EDSMM mining company, I believe that in the long term it is better to focus on it than on directly buying the Token, but this is something I have planned for myself.

As said, there is direct purchase through the market, delegation of HP (In my case I delegate 1K) and now also EDSD, being another aspect of the project, in which you send Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) to the profile @eds-d and with this, it also acquires dividends for holding the Token EDSD.

Finally, with a weekly payment, this was the last receipt of the dividend:

Buying EDSMM has been my second biggest priority and I believe I will send some HBDs to get more EDSD and thus accelerate my earnings from Token EDS.

LGN

With LGN I haven't done anything in particular, just delegating 1K to @stickupcurator, as I like to say, I'm leaving HP work for me. Furthermore, I have received some amounts due to the Liquidity Pool (LP) in which I participate and leave some liquidity.

The last time I received it through the HP delegation was also 4 days ago, which reinforces that there is some problem that happened and since so some payments have not been happening, I hope this problem is resolved as quickly as possible and payments return to normal.

SIM

The Token SIM, is from the dCity game, I didn't understand it well, but it seems that there is a daily payment in relation to your SIM POWER where my question is just whether I need to play the game or just hold the Token in my Wallet, so I acquired some and am waiting to see how it works, while I look for more information about it.

There were 10 days focused on purchasing these Tokens, in which I am already analyzing which others I will sell to be able to buy more of these from the list I presented to you. I really want to continue evolving in them, while still understanding better how they work.

As said, it seems that some are having transfer problems, as soon as it normalizes, I want to make another spreadsheet calculating the % of monthly income and the APR, even though I know it will be very little, just to have a better idea of how my income is improving.

Após 10 dias do meu anúncio sobre o início da criação de uma Carteira de rendimentos, no qual construirei uma forma de ganhar Hive passivamente, gostaria de compartilhar a minha evolução sobre os Tokens que estou realizando o Hold ou Stake para ganhar estes rendimentos.

Estou fascinado com essa possibilidade de uma Carteira de rendimentos, fico impressionado como podemos fazer o nosso dinheiro trabalhar e automaticamente receber algo por isso, claro que nada acontece 100% sozinho, é preciso investir e até mesmo imaginei uma frase: “preciso de dinheiro para fazer dinheiro”, chega a ser engraçado, mas é a verdade, focando em adquirir estes Tokens, busco um futuro no qual eu possa equilibrar entre postar e apenas ganhar os rendimentos.

Na minha lista abaixo, coloquei como Tokens principais os que estão com o fundo verde, estes são os que estou dando o devido foco. Os outros Tokens da lista também têm uma forma de rendimento, seja diário ou semanal, mas não entrarei em detalhes sobre eles por agora.

DAB e DBOND

Podemos observar que o meu maior investimento nestes 10 dias, foi no Token DBOND, sendo um dos mais em conta e com um rendimento maior, ou seja, aproveitando de seu preço ainda baixo, fixado em 1 SWAP.HIVE, isso ajuda bastante a adquirir ele visando ao longo prazo, já que quanto mais em Stake tiver, maior vezes será gerado o Token DAB em sua conta.

Lembrando que o DAB liquido é o que gerará Hive para a minha conta. Caso eu coloque ele em Stake, será gerado mais DBOND, o que não é o caso no momento, já que os DBONDs que adquiri, foram todos por meio de compra.

Apesar do pagamento ser diário, acredito que os nodes estão com algum erro, sendo assim a última transferência foi há 4 dias. Busquei em outros perfis e também estão com transferência de 4 dias, então, algo está acontecendo que não está sendo transferido, mas podemos ter uma ideia sobre a quantidade transferida apenas segurando 1,437, número esse deste dia.

DBOND têm sido a minha maior prioridade, este é o fato, portanto isso corresponde com o seu aumento bem maior do que os outros Tokens. Quero chegar o mais rápido possível no Stake de 300 DBOND, como primeiro objetivo relevante sobre ele.

EDS e EDSMM

Não têm muito segredo, o Token EDS é um dos mais visados por aqueles que estão criando suas Carteiras de rendimentos. Com várias opções, você pode focar em comprar o Token diretamente do mercado, recomendaria ficar com no mínimo 100 para que você possa começar a receber pequenos votos do perfil @eds-vote, ou seja, buscando esse número o mais rápido possível.

A partir deste ponto (não sendo uma recomendação financeira) comecei a focar na mineradora EDSMM, acredito que a longo prazo é melhor focar nela do que em ir comprando diretamente o Token, mas isso é algo que planejei para mim.

Como dito, existe a compra direto pelo mercado, delegação de HP (No meu caso delego 1K) e agora também o EDSD, sendo outra vertente do projeto, no qual você envia Hive Backed Dollar (HBD) para o perfil @eds-d e com isso, também adquire dividendos por segurar o Token EDSD.

Por fim, com um pagamento semanal, este foi o último recebimento do dividendo:

Comprar as EDSMM têm sido a minha segunda maior prioridade e acredito que enviarei alguns HBDs para conseguir mais EDSD e assim acelerar o meu ganho de Token EDS.

LGN

Com o LGN não tenho feito nada em especial, apenas a delegação de 1K para o @stickupcurator, como gosto de dizer, estou deixando o HP trabalhar por mim. Além disso, tenho recebido algumas quantidades por conta das Liquidity Pool (LP) em que participo e deixo alguma liquidez.

A última vez que recebi por meio da delegação de HP foi há 4 dias também, o que reforça que existe algum problema que aconteceu e desde então alguns pagamentos não têm acontecido, espero que este problema seja resolvido o mais rápido possível e assim os pagamentos voltem ao normal.

SIM

O Token, SIM, é do jogo dCity, não compreendi bem, mas parece que existe um pagamento diário em relação ao seu SIM POWER onde a minha dúvida é apenas se preciso jogar o jogo ou apenas segurar o Token em minha Carteira, portanto adquiri um pouco e estou na espera para ver como funciona, enquanto busco mais informações sobre isso.

Foram 10 dias bem focados na compra destes Tokens, no qual já estou analisando quais outros realizarei a venda para poder comprar mais destes da lista que apresentei para vocês. Quero muito continuar evoluindo neles, enquanto ainda entendo melhor como funcionam.

Como dito parece que alguns está com problemas de transferência, assim que normalizar, quero fazer outra planilha calculando a % de rendimento mensal e o APR, mesmo sabendo que será bem pouco, apenas para ter uma noção maior de como está melhorando meus rendimentos.
