[ENG/PT-BR] Crazy adventures between ice cream and açaí!

If we could have unlimited resources to choose one great adventure to undertake, what would that adventure be? It's a very intriguing question, isn't it? Just imagine that you have everything you need to accomplish everything you want, something very crazy to think about, but among my ideas and dreams that I have, I have one in particular that is very simple (for most people) and it's not even anything as incredible or amazing as we know many would like it to be with resources to spare.

Therefore, the great adventure I would like to have was simply to open a business focused on the gastronomic area, but no fancy or celebrity restaurants, just an ice cream shop with açaiteria. Well, you've certainly seen an ice cream shop somewhere, it's an establishment that sells the most varied and different ice creams possible, thousands of combinations available and everything, now an açaiteria would be the same, but our main product would be the açaí and I love having a good açaí!

I don't know if people have this custom in other countries, like here in Brazil giving you ice cream or açaí, but I think it's simply an incredible place, full of peace and joy, not to mention it's a good program for family and friends. Just as I am used to living in the chaos of a salaried job, with a boss, bosses and supervisors, this would be a good opportunity to escape from all that, not that it would be easy, but it would certainly be a big change of environment and life for me. me.

So, if we ask why this would be an adventure, it's because I simply have no idea how to run a business, a trade, so it would be learning everything from scratch and making it worth it. I love any path that allows me to create things, just like today in programming, in Hive with the posts, opening a cool and fun place thus, where I could create various combinations of ice cream and açaí, not to mention the countless styles of how to serve, such as decorated bowls, plates, glasses, among other ways, seeking to highlight my product and my business, creating a unique identity for it.

This creation process would be something original, something that I could create from scratch and offer to my clients, I keep imagining how cool it would be to spend nights and nights thinking about advertisements, publicity, menus and the craziest creations I could offer, I believe it would be All this newness is so incredible, as well as having a place that would be known for offering joy and a cool environment for everyone to come and enjoy with their loved ones.

All of this could also help me with my financial freedom, even though I know that the life of a trader is not easy and has many challenges, I am already fed up with being an employee for 13 years of work, being bossed around and penalized for things that sometimes I'm not even responsible, so going the other way (becoming a boss), or in the word I love even more, a leader, I could create a business that could be very successful, offering a unique experience for both my employees and my customers.

It's crazy, maybe, could you choose to travel the whole world, pay for a trip to space, buy an island? Want to cruise the seas? Yes, I could, but I love working, I love discovering new things and having fun together in the process. So it would be a great adventure for me to be able to create an environment where people can feel good and happy, where for a moment, their problems are not greater than their joys.

Anyway, that would be my goal if financial resources fell from the sky that would give me the security to leave my current job, it would still be cool to share on Hive this whole ice cream and açaí adventure, showing everything I could create and what my business routine would be like. Of course, it would be a very interesting challenge, but it's not hard to dream that one day I'll be able to accomplish this.

Se pudéssemos ter recursos ilimitados para escolher uma grande aventura para realizar, qual seria essa aventura? É uma pergunta bem intrigante não é? Imagina só você ter tudo o que precisa para realizar tudo o que quer, algo muito louco de pensar, mas dentre as minhas ideias e sonhos que tenho, tenho uma em particular que é bem simples (para a maioria das pessoas) e nem é nada tão incrível ou mirabolante como sabemos que muitos gostaria que fosse com recursos de sobra.

Sendo assim, a grande aventura que gostaria de ter era simplesmente abrir um negócio voltado para a área gastronômica, mas nada de restaurantes chiques ou de celebridades, apenas uma sorveteria com açaiteria. Bem, sorveteria com certeza você já deve ter visto em algum lugar, é o estabelecimento que vende sorvetes dos mais variados e diferentes possíveis, milhares de combinações a vista e tudo mais, agora uma açaiteria seria o mesmo, mas o nosso produto principal seria o açaí e eu amo tomar um bom açaí!

Não sei se em outros países as pessoas têm esse costume, como aqui no Brasil te tomar um sorvete ou açaí, mas acho simplesmente um lugar incrível, de paz e alegrias e sem contar que é um bom programa para a família e os amigos. Assim como sou acostumado a viver no caos de um trabalho assalariado, com patrão, chefes e supervisores, essa seria uma boa oportunidade para fugir de tudo isso, não que seria algo fácil, mas com certeza seria uma grande mudança de ambiente e de vida para mim.

Então, se perguntarmos porque isso seria uma aventura, é porque simplesmente não faço ideia de como tocar um negócio, um comércio, então seria aprender tudo do zero e assim fazer valer a pena. Amo qualquer caminho que me permita criar as coisas, assim como hoje na programação, na Hive com as postagens, abrir um lugar legal e divertido assim, onde poderia criar várias combinações de sorvetes e açaí, sem contar os inúmeros estilos de como servir, como taças decoradas, pratos, copos, dentre outras formas, buscando destacar o meu produto e o meu comércio, criando uma identidade única para ele.

Esse processo de criação seria algo original, algo que eu poderia criar do zero e oferecer para os meus clientes, fico imaginando como seria legal passar noites e noites pensando em propagandas, divulgação, menus e criações das mais malucas que poderia oferecer, acredito que seria tão incrível toda essa novidade, além de ter um lugar que seria conhecido por oferecer alegria e um ambiente legal para todos poderem vir e aproveitar com seus entes queridos.

Isso tudo também poderia me ajudar com a minha liberdade financeira, mesmo sabendo que a vida de um comerciante não é fácil e têm muitos desafios, já estou saturado em ser um empregado há 13 anos de trabalho, sendo mandado e penalizado por coisas que às vezes nem sou responsável, então partir para o outro lado (me tornar um patrão), ou pela palavra que amo mais ainda, um líder, poderia criar um negócio que poderia dar muito certo, oferecendo uma experiência única tanto para meus empregados como para meus clientes.

É uma loucura, talvez, poderia escolher viajar o mundo inteiro, bancar uma viagem para o espaço, comprar uma ilha? Desejar um cruzeiro pelos mares? Sim, poderia, mas amo trabalhar, amo descobrir coisas novas e no processo me divertir junto. Então seria uma grande aventura para mim poder criar um ambiente onde as pessoas pudessem se sentir bem e felizes, onde por um momento, os problemas não fossem maiores que suas alegrias.

Enfim, seria esse o meu objetivo caso caísse do céu uns recursos financeiros que me dessem a segurança para sair do meu trabalho atual, ainda assim seria legal compartilhar na Hive toda essa aventura de sorvetes e açaí, mostrando tudo o que poderia criar e como seria a rotina do meu comércio. Claro que iria ser um desafio bem interessante, mas, não custa sonhar que um dia poderei realizar isso.
