Even if things are complicated and often the only thought that comes to mind is giving up or complaining about everything that happens in our life, practicing gratitude can also be a great help during these difficult times. After all, by focusing your energies on positive thoughts, we can change the perspective of the situation and finally find a solution to it.

I've been thinking about this subject, because it's not easy to keep a mind free of negative thoughts, after all, I believe that we are formed by good and bad feelings and with that, complaining is sometimes the quickest way out, but also the one that makes you more pessimistic about to everything that is living. We forget that life is not easy for anyone and everyone has their own personal challenges.

So what would be the best solution for this? To thank! Just by saying thank you, we can relieve stress, improve our mood and have that light feeling that things will work out. These actions may seem very simplistic, but I am the type who believes that if we have a positive achievement, whatever it may be, we should hold on to it and not what went wrong.

Thank someone who helped you, for a goal you achieved, if ten things went wrong and only one came true, be grateful for what went right. Tomorrow will be a new day for us to try new things and get new answers to our questions. Gratitude for being alive, gratitude for material and sentimental goods, this is a way of life for generations, but it seems that we always forget about it, simply saying thank you!

Mesmo que as coisas estejam complicadas e muitas vezes o único pensamento vindo em mente é desistir ou reclamar de tudo o que acontece na nossa vida, mas, praticar a gratidão também pode ser um ótimo auxílio para estes momentos difíceis. Afinal, focando as suas energias em pensamentos positivos, podemos mudar a perspectiva da situação e enfim, encontrar a solução para a tal.

Estive pensando neste assunto, porque não é fácil manter uma mente livre de pensamentos negativos, afinal acredito que somos formados por sentimentos bons e ruins e com isso, reclamar às vezes é a saída mais rápida, mas também a que te torna mais pessimista em relação a tudo que está vivendo. Nos esquecemos, de que a vida não é fácil para ninguém e cada um possui seus desafios pessoais.

Então, qual seria a melhor solução para isso? Agradecer! Apenas agradecendo, podemos aliviar o estresse, melhorar o nosso humor e ter aquela sensação leve de que as coisas irão se resolver. Pode parecer bem simplista essas ações, mas sou do tipo que acredita que se temos uma conquista positiva, seja ela qual for, devemos nos agarrar a ela e não ao que deu errado.

Agradeça alguém que te ajudou, por um objetivo que conquistou, se dez coisas deram errado e apenas uma se concretizou, agradeça por este que deu certo. Amanhã será um novo dia para tentarmos coisas novas e obter respostas novas para nossos questionamentos. Gratidão por estar vivo, gratidão pelos bens materiais e sentimentais, este é um movo de vida de gerações, mas parece que sempre esquecemos disso, simplesmente agradecer!
