In an era of constant evolution, we are perhaps experiencing the beginning of a new milestone for all of humanity: the so-called AI era (artificial intelligence). My first contact with this new technology was in fact with the creation of images generated from information that we put on a website and thus the AI created images that were often bizarre and meaningless.

Now, with the arrival of “ChatGPT” (an artificial intelligence “chatbot” launched by OpenAI in November 2022), things have changed once and for all. Being news in the most diverse communication channels, the surprising speed and way in which information is obtained through this chatbot has become something frightening, and for me, the most absurd thing was the case of a “writer” who “wrote” a book in 3 days and even sold it. This simply lit the dynamite fuse, because in human beings, creators of content, ideas and revolutions, we are witnessing a novelty that may not be entirely good in this sense. Where is the ethics? Does writing a book in 3 days with the help of this tool become a way of circumventing the creative process, or can we consider it an “idea accelerator”? The discussions also come to the process of creating images, how will the copyright of images created by AI be?

Google, which I believe 99% of people know what it is (okay, that's guesswork and it's dangerous) so as not to be left behind, has just launched its AI called “Bard”, making it official that we really are falling into the new era. My biggest fear is that in addition to all the comfort and speed that this can bring, how to do it in the case of #hive, for example? If I create a text entirely with ChatGPT, will it be fair to receive curation with that? Is it OK for @Appreciator, @OCD, @leo.voter or any other whale to vote for something that was assembled and accelerated by an AI?

To end this long text where ideas explode for this discussion, what bothers me is that, how will we differentiate this? Who should really receive a high value for their posts, the human being who put his mind to work, performing a real POB or the artificial “machine” that facilitated all the hard work? How will the music, images, movies, books, etc. market look like, where the often unique talent of “blessed” people will have to compete with “normal” people, but who have a powerful AI to compensate for this talent.

The future promises to be amazing, but on the other side of the scale, fear about what content creation will look like in this new era!

Em uma era de constantes evoluções, estamos talvez vivenciando o início de um novo marco para toda a humanidade: a chamada era da IA (inteligencia artificial). Meu primeiro contato com essa nova tecnologia, foi de fato com a criação de imagens geradas a partir de informações que colocávamos em um site e assim a IA, criava imagens muitas vezes bizarras e sem sentidos.

Agora, com a chegada do “ChatGPT” (um “chatbot” de inteligência artificial lançado pela OpenAI em novembro de 2022), as coisas mudaram de uma vez por todas. Sendo notícia nos mais diversos canais de comunicação, a surpreendente velocidade e forma como se obtêm informações por meio deste chatbot se tornou algo assustador, sendo que para a minha pessoa, o mais absurdo foi o caso de um “escritor” que “escreveu” um livro em 3 dias e chegou a comercializar isso. Isso simplesmente acendeu o pavio da dinamite, pois nos seres humanos, criadores de conteúdo, de ideias e revoluções, estamos presenciando uma novidade que talvez não seja totalmente boa neste sentido. Onde fica a ética? Escrever um livro em 3 dias com a ajuda desta ferramenta se torna uma forma de burlar o processo criativo, ou podemos considerar como um “acelerador de ideias”? As discussões chegam também para o processo de criar imagens, como ficarão os direitos autorais de imagens criadas por IA?

O Google, que acredito que 99% das pessoas saibam o que é (ok, isso é achismo e é perigoso) para não ficar atrás, acaba de lançar a sua também IA chamada “Bard”, oficializando que realmente estamos caindo na nova era. Meu maior medo é que além de todo o conforto e velocidade que isso possa trazer, como fazer no caso da #hive, por exemplo? Se eu criar um texto inteiramente com o ChatGPT, será justo receber curação com isso? Estará tudo bem para o @Appreciator, @OCD, @leo.voter ou qualquer outra baleia votar em algo que foi montado e acelerado por uma IA?

Para finalizar este longo texto onde as ideias explodem para essa discussão, o que me incomoda é que, como diferenciaremos isso? Quem deverá realmente receber um valor alto por suas postagens, o ser humano que colocou a sua mente para funcionar, realizando um verdadeiro POB ou a “máquina” artificial que facilitou todo o trabalho duro? Como ficará o mercado da música, imagens, filmes, livros, etc., onde o talento muitas vezes único de pessoas “abençoadas” terá que competir com pessoas “normais”, mas que possuem uma IA poderosa para compensar esse talento.

O futuro promete ser incrível, mas, do outro lado da balança, o medo sobre como será a criação de conteúdo nesta nova era!
