I had no Inferiority about my weight and had no concern for my well being. But in 2015, I received a call from a person who had been referred to me by one of my friends. He had an idea which he wanted to share with me and was pretty impressed with my digital content and video production.

I want to educate people about obesity, stated the man we met at a nearby eatery. There is a ton of stuff on YouTube in English and other languages, but there is a need to spread awareness of obesity in Hindi and Urdu.

He claimed that he can drop 20 to 25 kg in three months and that he wants me to document his weight loss process on camera. He weighed 96 kg.

I initially felt the concept was completely absurd. I informed the guy that I would bill 10K SEK per episode. I'm providing free content for your channel, he claimed. Additionally, monetization enables financial gain. However, I was unwilling to work for free.

When I got home, I told my wife about everything and searched about obesity. And studied LCHF as well. I began thinking about my weight and general health for the first time at that point.
My wife told me that I should put this person's concept to work. According to her, it is preferable to work with that person's philosophy so that you can lose weight through this and this will serve as your reward, rather than working on your own. If you hire a private trainer, he will also charge his fee. I acknowledged this, got in touch with him, and offered to keep a three-month Vlog of all his activities. I've become friends with this person, whose name is Ghazal Mehdi.

Ghazal arranged my Pakistani meals and beverages for the first day of recording. However, I was required to live a healthy lifestyle and eat in accordance with Ghazal's recipe. As a result, I made the justification that since I had just consumed such a large lunch, I had become lazy and hadn't worked, thus there was no longer a need to make arrangements for my food.


After two weeks of recording Ghazal asked, "Are you also following my diet and exercise since I am witnessing improvements in your body?" Then I said to Ghazal, "Yes, I'm following everything exactly, and I'm also jogging 3 kilometres every day, and I lost 4 kg in two weeks."

I therefore reduced 25 kg in 3 months with Ghazal.

Why am I writing my journey in Actifit community right now?

In 2019, I stopped walking and gradually went back to an unhealthy diet, which caused me to start gaining weight once more. Today, although it hasn't increased as much as it did in 2015, I'm still not at my optimum weight.
I discovered the @actifit community last week when browsing Hive's communities. Additionally, I believe that the #Actifit community may serve as a fantastic source of inspiration and support for me as I seek to make the transition to a healthy lifestyle.
