Hobo Checking In With Some Thanksgivings

Hey everyone. It’s Hobo here, I managed to get on the computer today share some thoughts with you.

Shadows says this weekend in Thanksgiving in Canada. It’s usually observed on Monday when people get together and have a big meal of turkey, dressing, vegetables and really tasty desserts.

Not sure why turkey, I guess because it can serve a bunch of people. I’m confused about the dressing though. Why would they dress a turkey and then roast it so they can cut it up.

It’s just going to be Shadows, Tramp and I so she’s not bothering with turkey. From what I understand Thanksgiving is about celebrating the harvest. When the farmers and gardeners have brought in what they grew. Its also about giving thanks for the bounty we share.

I sure give thanks for Shadows being around to look after me, and Tramp of course. We never go hungry, we have a warm place to live, lots of cuddles. Not to be a downer but she could do the litter box more often. Just saying.

As much as Shadows is my world, I do give thanks for other people I see around her. My friend @dreemsteem and of course @bluefinstudios (I think he’s my friend. He doesn’t call me brat cat as much any more.) they are special friends to her and they watch out for her. I appreciate that.

I really appreciate all the folks who show up at the that show she calls PYPT. It’s good for her to do that every week. It’s sort of like me making sure I get her up every morning. Having that to do every Thursday is good for her.

Speaking of every day, I really appreciate @alessandrawhite for the Creative Work Hour every day. It’s something else that it’s good that Shadows has to do every day. And Alessandra has become such a good friend.

I really like her being home all the time. The other people she has around her are really important for her. It’s like me having Tramp here for company only she needs other people around her.

I really getting kind of sappy here. Not sure I should let her know that I can be so sentimental. I love cuddling with her but I set boundaries so she doesn’t know that I love her as much as I do. Why else would I not want her to leave the house?

Well, I guess that is all the chattering I’m going to do today. I better hope Shadows doesn’t read this before posting or it wont get posted. I should figure out how to do this posting then. Maybe I’ll give it a try. After all, if I can type I should be able to do the posting.
