THE VILLAGE DIARY:

It's now been two days since we left the enchanted forest and its imps, who are trapped on our planet in an intergalactic game that is beyond us all.
We've narrowly escaped and are now heading south towards the coast.

The water is clearer, and there are hardly any trees left, replaced by bamboo and reeds.
You can see small islands overgrown with tall grass, and the water is full of fish.

This road away from the main traffic routes didn't allow us to meet the locals, and we didn't see any zombie-infected people either, probably because of the proximity of the marsh.

We're going to take a break and set up camp for a few days, we need a rest, we have to take stock of our supplies, make repairs to the carts.

The nets that had been adapted for fighting zombies will be returned to their original purpose, i.e. fishing.
We've also seen a lot of rabbits, so we're going to set some traps.

The good news is that we've spotted seagulls in the sky, so the ocean probably isn't far away now, in any case, it's a sign that we're heading in the right direction.

LE JOURNAL DU VILLAGE:

Cela fait maintenant deux jours que nous avons quitté la forêt enchantée et ses diablotins qui sont piégés sur notre planète dans un jeu inter galactique qui nous dépasse tous.
Nous y avons échappé de justesse et nous poursuivons notre route en direction du sud et de la côte.

Nous longeons toujours un marais, mais il a changé d'apparence, l'eau y est plus claire, il n'y a presque plus d'arbres, ils ont été remplacés par des bambous et des roseaux.
On aperçoit de petits ilots envahis de hautes herbes et l'eau est poissonneuse.

Ce chemin à l'écart des grandes voies de circulation ne nous a pas permis de rencontrer les habitants de la région, et nous n'avons pas vu d'infectés zombies non plus, probablement à cause de la proximité du marais.

Nous allons faire une pause et établir un campement pour quelques jours, nous avons besoin de repos, il faut faire l'inventaire de nos réserves, effectuer des réparations sur les charriots.

Les filets qui avaient été adaptés au combat contre les zombies vont retrouver leur destination originelle c'est à dire la pêche.
Nous avons vu aussi de nombreux lapins et nous allons poser des pièges.

Une bonne nouvelle, nous avons aperçu des mouettes dans le ciel, l'océan n'est probablement plus très loin maintenant, en tous cas c'est signe que nous allons dans la bonne direction.
