Editing RAW format photos [ENGLISH & PORTUGUESE]
had to get the double deck bus and the iconic London Underground sign to make it pop.
Love to see the combination of the old and new architecture in this city
If you never walked side streets in London you are really missing a lot of the beautiful views

I'm a serious photographer
It is time to be honest with you. I have not been photographing RAW the majority of the time. And this is not new information for photographers out there, I know you can tell. But I think if I really want to make it to the next level I really have to start paying attention to all those details and I will have to keep working on getting you the best images that I can.
Also you know that for me when it comes to photography, the definition of the images that you see is not the most important thing. I usually care more about the feeling behind it, what I want to transmit and the composition of the image.
But I know that for everyone else that is out here appreciating photography, they usually care and prefer images with higher definition.
So from now on with my new works I will be creating I will be photographing and editing in RAW.
I guess this is good news for the the photography fans out there.
But let me know if you photography RAW? I would love to know your thoughts on this matter.
Indecision
Another of my problems it is to pick my favourite images when I get home. For example here you see 3 different images of the same subject. When I got to Bank I knew I want to capture some kind of composition with this building on the background. So I have decided to just walk around and try different perspectives and framings, try different compositions.
The problem is that even when I was capturing the photos I already knew I was in trouble and I already knew that when I got home I was not going to be able to pick which one I like the most, because to me all these 3 images are so different, even if they have the same vibe to them and even if they have the same building as the main subject.
But you let me know which is your favourite.

I shoot RAW almost all the time the only time I may not use RAW is the rare time I do an event and want to quickly edit and share them quickly after the event
As to why I choose to shoot RAW I like to have to control how my photos are edited and not let the camera take control of editing which happens if your shoot in JPG mode
Cheers
yeah for sure. I think the reason I usually don't do RAW it is because I always doubt of myself and my art and work, I never think I am at the same level as others so I guess I felt I didn't needed to do it because no matter what I would always be worst than everyone else.
But that have changed. I am more confident in my art and my vision now! :D
I am glad your mindset has changed
I was the same for a long while feeling my photography wasn’t up to par so why edit them
But one day it came to me whether people like my photos or nit they are mine and I should be proud of them and edit them as I feel is fit
I now try not to compare myself with others but instead compare my photos today with ones from a few years ago if I feel I am improving I am happy
