Es un placer saludares nuevamente pues les cuento que estoy emocionada por seguir aprendiendo este fabuloso arte de la confeccion y costura, el dia de hoy quiero mostrarles como hacer un hermoso shorts. En el siguiente material les compartire mi paso paso para hacerlo sera muy practico de hacer, espero les guste este trabajo.

Hello friends, greetings and blessings to all, I hope you are well. It is a pleasure to greet you again because I tell you that I am excited to continue learning this fabulous art of clothing and sewing, today I want to show you how to make a beautiful short. In the following material I will share my step to do it, it will be very practical to do, I hope you like this work.

Para ello necesitarás los siguientes materiales:

• Tela del diseño, color y textura que prefieras, en este caso usaré una tela estampada muy colorida.
• Un color.
• Tijeras.
• Aguja e hilo.
• Cinta métrica.
• Una cinta o cordón delgado.

To do this you will need the following materials:

• Fabric of the design, color and texture of your choice, in this case I will use a very colorful printed fabric.
• A colour.
• Scissors.
• Needle and thread.
• Measuring tape.
• A thin ribbon or cord.

Paso 1:
Lo primero que harás será marcar ambas partes con la forma del short que quieras hacerte, recuerda cortar la parte trasera un poco más grande que la delantera.

The first thing you will do is mark both parts with the shape of the short you want to make, remember to cut the back part a little larger than the front part.

Paso 2:
Luego de esto, se procede a cortar la forma previamente marcada.

After this, proceed to cut the previously marked shape.

Una vez cortadas ambas piezas se veran asi.

Once cut both pieces will look like this.

Paso 3:
Ahora comienza a bastiar ambas partes.

Now start basting both parts.

Paso 4:
Luego de esto, comience a coser, en este caso usaré la máquina de coser ya que eso me facilita un poco las cosas.

After this, start sewing, in this case I will use the sewing machine since that makes it a little easier for me.

Paso 5:
Para hacer la cinturilla, toma un trozo de tela de aproximadamente 6 centímetros de largo y dóblalo por la mitad, luego repite el procedimiento anterior hilvanando esta parte sobre la costura realizada anteriormente y con ayuda de la máquina colócala sobre la parte superior del short.

To make the waistband, take a piece of fabric approximately 6 centimeters long and fold it in half, then repeat the previous procedure basting this part on the seam previously made and with the help of the machine place it on the top of the shorts.

Finalmente deja un espacio en la cinturilla de aproximadamente un centímetro de ancho y luego toma el hilo o cinta delgada e insértalo alrededor de la cinturilla del short, esto te servirá para amarrarlo.

Así quedan mis shorts muy lindos y súper cómodos, ideales para salir a caminar.

Finally leave a space in the waistband about a centimeter wide and then take the thin string or ribbon and insert it around the waistband of the short, this will serve to tie it.

This is how my shorts look very nice and super comfortable, ideal for going for a walk.
