Rising Star Weekly Update - Spent another Million Starbits to add almost 17,000 fans

Sometimes I feel like these weeks go by faster and faster, and I'm shocked when I look back in my posting history and I see it's time to do another rising Star update. Luckily for me I was able to pull off another epic buy of at least 1 million Star bits to add to my card count and fan count. I feel like I'm making some fairly good practice towards the goals this year so let's check out what I was able to pull up this town

Goodness gracious some of these stats are building pretty quick. I feel like I do a pretty good job adding to my fans each week but ego is also growing pretty quickly. I'm starting to notice that the eagles permission go up nicely in accordance to the number of fans you have. This is really nice balance in the game that forces you to contend with maintaining an edge over your ego.

Luckily for me I have been able to maintain a buffer between 15 and $30,000 additional skill over my fan an ego count. This helps me keep earning the best I can and running a few music lessons here and there is always a good thing too.

Great way to spend 1 Million Starbits

I love it and things work out so well for me I did it this week. I feel like I got a fairly good price on most of my fan cards where I was buying around 62 star pits for fan. This is a pretty significant drop of around 10% from prior weeks where I feel like I was buying a lot of fans at 68 star pits. Well this doesn't seem too significant it does add to quite a bit of additional fans for the same price. The price change from 68 Starbucks per fan to 62 targets per fan means I can get about an additional $1,450 fans with the same star bits. That will do a lot of good for the growth I'm trying to achieve.

Some of the other highlights here, I got a lot of good rare cards, not too many vehicles so I had a very nice balance of both fans and skills. Will not be highest car count in any week I still pulled just a shy of 200.

• Fans +16,975
  Adding 16,000 and almost 17,000 fans this week was a big push. I feel like I'm starting to get a pretty consistent icebreak of 15 to 16,000 every week or somewhere around $60,000 per month. All this is a pretty good grade, it can clearly increase as my potential earnings increase.
• Skill Gap ~4000
  Not too bad to only have a skill gap of 4,000 from my purchasing. This is about 2 to 3 music lessons for me on average and should be pretty easy for me to reset the preparations for next week's buying.
• Total Cards 189
  Pulling 189 cards will help my ranking. One of the ranking metrics is bulk cards so this will help me climb the ladder a little bit but not in the big way that I really need to break the top 100
• Uniques 7
  I also managed to sneak into seven uniques that also happen to be the cheapest trans. I love it when that happens because it helps me on both accounts and pushes my ranking up just a little bit.

2023 Goals

• 300,000 Fans
  Good news is that I have 284,000 fans from cards which means I should probably hit 300,000 fans before the end of the month and hopefully next week. If I can manage to hit 300,000 fans I will have hit my 2023 goal already in May and gives me plenty of time for the year to really get I had.
• 2,500 Skill from Drum Lessons - Accomplished
  Already accomplished but drum lesson goal for the year of having at least 2500 skilled potential from the drum lesson. I expect to continue to add to this as I know that it'll be a continued pressure point to maintain my ego.
• Ranking Top 100
  I am ranked at 127 after today buys but this will be something I have to take a look at. I'll need to buy some more uniques but it looks like the next round of 50 uniques is going to cost me just over 500,000 star bits. I will also need to consider adding some bulk cards. I may go out and see how many cheap cards I can buy for under $200 targets.

To seriously increase the rankings it looks like I'll probably have to spend a million on uniques, and about a million on talk cards. This would give me somewhere in around of an additional 75 uniques from my estimation and it would also give me about 5,000 boat cards to boost my ranking.

Thoughts and Comments

We're excited to see some real progress being made and I want to really push to getting 1 million fans. I probably only want this goal since a good friend @monsterjamgold had the same gold a while ago.
