Happy Wednesday everyone, friends.
I can't say that today is a very good day because today's environment is not very bright, a bit mixed environment is being observed. There is a mild chill and not much heat from the sun. However, there is a lot of traffic in the city, due to which we had to sit in a lot of traffic jams today.
Today I am going to share with you a great new tasting vegan recipe. Especially for those who like crispy or fried things more, this can be a suitable and favorite recipe. I have said before that the people of our region prefer crispy or fried food a bit more. Wants to eat more fried food especially a little before noon and after evening.
And that's why I made delicious pakoras with Cabbage yesterday afternoon. Enjoyed the rest of the evening with everyone at home. However, I added some additional items to increase the flavor level. Actually the taste depends on us, we can take it as we want.
Maybe the name pakora is familiar to you but my recipe may be slightly different, but considering the taste, you can definitely enjoy something great by making it the way I have shown. Because sometimes recipes from different regions are very interesting to us.
Ingredients required for the recipe-
- Cabbage 200 grams
- Gram flour100 grams
- Rice powder 100 grams
- Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- 4 raw chilies
- 1 onion
- Coriander leaves 5 grams
- Oil 6 teaspoons
- Water like quantity
Preparatory phase-
First I thinly slice the cabbage and then put a pot of water with little salt on the stove to boil and cover it with a lid.
After that, I took the boiled cabbage in a plate, then rice powder, gram flour, turmeric, chilli, coriander, cumin powder and onion chopped with it.
Then I rubbed all the ingredients by hand with green chillies, coriander leaves, salt.
Then I put oil in a pan on the stove, when the oil is hot, I take little by hand to mix it and leave it in the oil.
After that I flipped them over and fried them well, when they were fried I took them out for serving.
Done with our special flavored Vegan Pakora with Cabbage. They are just as delicious to eat as they are nutritionally unique, if you can cook them right.
Hope you will like this delicious recipe.
All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
