My Favorite Jute Spinach Recipe

Today again I have appeared among you with a great taste recipe. It's been a long time since I've been able to share a recipe. But today I will share with you one of my favorite Leaf vegetable cooking recipes. Well, do you like Leaf vegetable? People in our country like Leaf vegetable very much. Because Leaf vegetable are available almost all year round and the price is also very cheap.

However, we try to eat more Leaf vegetable not only considering the cheapness, but also the taste and nutrition. See Leaf vegetable are cheap in terms of price and are available in the market almost all the year round, so it is very easy for the body to collect the necessary nutrients. For this reason, a large number of people in our country eat a variety of these nutritious Leaf vegetable.

But today I will share with you a different kind of vegetable. We know it as jute spinach. It looks a lot like a jute tree. You must know that jute of our country is well known all over the world, we call jute as golden ash. And these vegetables are a lot of jute vegetables, it tastes a little bitter to eat, but we try to eat quite happily. Let's see today's recipe-

Ingredients:

  • Jute spinach
  • Onion
  • Raw pepper
  • Dried pepper
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Oil.

Preparation:

First I cleaned the leaves of the vegetables with love then I washed them in a pot. Because vegetables have a lot of dirt in many cases.

Then I put a pan in the oven and heated some oil. First I put dried chilli oil, then I chopped the garlic, then I chopped the raw chillies and onions. I have fried all the ingredients well.

Then I put the cleaned jute leaves on the pan little by little and mixed it with the ingredients. Then cover with a lid for some time so that the spinach leaves are cooked quickly.

Then I removed the lid and checked if the vegetables were cooked well, moved them a little and took them down after they were cooked.

See how our today's jute vegetables are cooked. In our region we call it jute spinach fry, it tastes good to eat with hot rice.
