You are viewing a single comment's thread:

I’ve never bought a house before. I just heard that banks will front load your loan with the interest so you are just giving the bank money for the first few years!?!?

That means if you sell your home before paying off half the loan you’ll hardy make anything.

Is this true? If so that is so evil

The interest on home loan are big but you have to consider how much is the cost of a house 15 years from now.

And this are reasons why I don't want to deal with the banks anymore man. They'll do anything to make more from you. I'm slowing transferring my wealth to Decentralized systems so that I can have fuller control over my own money.

Right? I’ll keep some as a hedge but one day I hope to move most everything to assets and pay with HBD

Paying things with HBD will be a dream come through. It's so easy and so quick. If I have to purchase stuff from anyone with HBD I'll be happy about the transaction more than the product, hahaha

You are right, it's a rip off. Just say NO to debt slavery!
