A Walk For Christmas Mood

Hello everyone! 🎅🎄

And here's my piece on what's happening at Christmas here. Actually, nothing special happened yesterday.

First a quick lunch, then the Christmas tree preparations, and a rich dinner, and then the sons disappeared off to their own plans, I know they aren't too interested in Christmas (well, neither was I when I was their age 😁), except for the money they get from their grandparents.

My wife wasn't in the mood to take the dog out so I accepted the obligation (as usual) and ok, I'll take some photos of how the town was lit up in the meantime.
Well, my phone is four years old now and it doesn't do well with night shots these days. This is a sign that I should replace it, but when I think of all the authenticator apps (Google, M$, bank, etc...) and transferring all that to a new phone, it gives me the chills.

There's no snow here in the valley, all the snow melted last week, and now it has been raining lightly for four days and the temperature is around 10 degrees Celsius.
That is also why the photos are not the best.

First, we passed by a children's playground where some trees were decorated with lights.

Then we walked through the town park towards the so-called Santa's Land.

Santa's Land is a special part of the town park where each year, luminaries in the shape of traditional animals are set up, especially suitable for young children. If there had been any more snow it would have been great but now it was just wet grass and mud.

There was no one to be seen, neither parents nor children.

It was not late, and around 8 pm everything was empty... like a kind of sleeping village, the only people I saw were at the ATM.

Also, no dogs were out for Atos to sniff, so he wanted to go home too :)

And at home, in the living room, our Christmas tree that my wife and I made on Saturday afternoon.

In short, as I wrote at the beginning, nothing special this Christmas mood here.
