Pasticho de Papas - Potato Pasticho - SP-EN-
Hola querida comunidad, hoy quiero hablarles de como hacer un pasticho con papas. Súper fácil y rápido para disfrutar en familia o en una cena romántica.
Hello dear community, today I want to talk to you about how to make a pasticho with potatoes. Super easy and quick to enjoy with the family or for a romantic dinner.
Pasticho de Papas
Potato Pasticho
La cantidad de los ingredientes va a variar dependiendo la cantidad de personas, en mí casa fue nuestra reunión familiar del día del amor y la amistad y eramos 12 personas.
Ingredientes:
4 kilos de papas
Una cebolla grande morada (puede ser la normal también)
Dos pimentón
10 ajís
Cebollín
Una lata de tomates pelados
1/2 kilo de jamón ( de su preferencia)
1/2 kilo de queso ( de su preferencia)
4 cucharadas de harina de trigo
Leche
Sal
Azúcar
The amount of ingredients will vary depending on the number of people, in my house it was our family reunion for the day of love and friendship and we were 12 people.
Ingredients:
4 kilos of potatoes
One large purple onion (can be the normal one too)
Two paprika
10 chilli peppers
Chives
One can of peeled tomatoes
1/2 kilo of ham (of your choice)
1/2 kilo of cheese (of your choice)
4 spoonfuls of wheat flour
Milk
Salt
Sugar
Primero vamos a pelar las papas y picar en ruedas no tan gruesas y las llevamos a cocinar hasta que estén en su punto.
First peel the potatoes and chop them into not too thick slices and cook them until they are ready.

Ahora picaremos todos nuestros aliños para hacer la carne molida.

Now we will chop all our seasonings to make the ground beef.
Tomaremos un caldero y comenzaremos a cocinar los aliños y la carne molida y vamos mezclando todo. La sazón queda a gusto de cada quien, en mí caso le puse adobo, salsa inglesa, salsa de soya, salsa de ajo, hierbas italianas, paprika y sal. Después livianos los tomates pelados y los colocamos a la carne y la dejamos cocinar a fuego lento hasta que esté lista.
We will take a pot and start to cook the seasoning and the ground meat and we will mix everything together. The seasoning is up to each person's taste, in my case I used adobo, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic sauce, Italian herbs, paprika and salt. Then lightly peel the tomatoes and add them to the meat and let it simmer until it is ready.
Carne Molida
Ahora prepararemos nuestra bechamel colocamos las dos tazas de leche a hervir le agregamos una pizca de sal y un toque de azúcar, yo particularmente le coloco un trozo de pimentón y un trozo de cebolla, cuando hierve la leche le vamos a colocar las cuatros cucharadas de harina de trigo disueltas antes en un poquito de agua, dejamos cocinar a fuego lento sin dejar de revolver para que no se pegue, cuando notemos que esté espesa la apagamos y dejamos reposar.
Ground Meat
Now we will prepare our béchamel sauce, we put the two cups of milk to boil, we add a pinch of salt and a touch of sugar, I particularly add a piece of paprika and a piece of onion, when the milk boils we will add the four spoonfuls of wheat flour dissolved before in a little water, we let it cook over a low heat, stirring constantly so that it does not stick, when we notice that it is thick we turn it off and let it rest.
Bechamel
Después de tener todo listo entonces procederemos a colocar los ingredientes en un molde de su preferencia y el orden de la colocación de los ingredientes es a gusto de cada uno. Yo comencé con colocar una capa de papás en ruedas, encima una capa se carne molida, luego una capa de jamón, una de queso y encima la bechamel y así repetimos hasta culminar con todos los ingredientes. En la última capa le coloque un poco de queso rallado para que gratine en el horno, es recomendable queso pecorino o parmesano como les dije queda a sus gusto.

After having everything ready, we will then proceed to place the ingredients in a mould of your preference and the order in which the ingredients are placed is up to each person's taste. I started by placing a layer of potato rounds, then a layer of ground meat, then a layer of ham, a layer of cheese and then the béchamel sauce and so on, until all the ingredients have been placed. In the last layer I put a little grated cheese to gratinate in the oven, it is recommended pecorino or parmesan cheese as I said, it is up to your taste.
