The fairy land - picture story

Once upon a time,

A fairy was seen dancing on a flower

She wished for a shower of rain

so that the plants would be able to live again

The rain god heard her prayers

and there was a gentle shower of rain

The birds chirped and the bees buzzed

the flowers were lively again

The children played

and the fairy was happy again

Then came the leaders,

the greedy folks and the woodcutter.

They cut the trees

to build roads and highways

The fairy was angry

and she called upon mother nature

who unleashed her anger

and floods swept away the land

The fairy began to rebuild again

The plants grew,

the flowers bloomed,

the children danced,

the birds sang,

the bees buzzed

and mother nature was peaceful again.
