Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Rebellion Reward Card Reviews

I have been away from actively participating in all things splinterlands. Family emergencies, health issues, and so on. I hope everything will soon be well. So, I was thinking of writing again actively and thought about Splinterlands rewards.

Luckily for me, there is a new engagement challenge. So, I decided to play and tried the modern format but I am meeting level one card owners. There is no thrill in it; obviously, I cannot test the full capabilities of my cards. I had bought a few and leveled it up and hopefully, I can use it in the silver brawls. So, here goes. Let me manually play wild and hope I can win a few.

Wild format
Here is my first win and with huge help from the Night Reaper
A powerful magic card with a flying ability and the new ability - Wingbreak. Additional benefits from the powerful stats like good health and speed. This Epic card is good for the big mana dragon games.

Now, let me try another card.

Hmm, I am losing a lot. I think it is solely because of my inexperience with the new cards. I hope to get a few more wins and not lose my confidence. It is easy to lose sight of the tactics if you take a break and all the new cards and the abilities may seem to overwhelm the new player a bit but as you all know, I am not a new player. I am not going to be taking a beating either. I hope to practice more and learn how to win again.

The chaos evoker is strong. Also, it gets more stronger with the ambush at the fifth level. Kha'zi conjurer is also strong but the burning does do damage to the own team. Thankfully, the opponent would have lost by then. The ujurak elder is a very powerful and useful card and the advantages are that it is a neutral card and has low mana.

I think all the reward cards are very cool with the new abilities and the looks too. I am yet to play actively because of certain issues in my personal life and I hope it will be sorted out soon. Needless to say, I will play even if I do not make any huge monetary benefits from it because Splinterlands is dear to me.
