Why decided to move - A story of space and noise

This is my first post here in this community, and of course, I am here to crib about my whole situation of moving from one apartment to another.

There were two big reasons and one tiny reason. The first reason was that we wanted a little bigger space for ourselves. The second reason was that there are two dogs in my neighborhood, and one of them barks too much. I grew up with many dogs, but after this dog's constant barking, I started hating dogs (no offense to dog lovers). The third reason is our landlord, who was just raising the rent of the flat every year but ignored maintaining it. For example, this year he only painted the wall on those spots that were damaged because of the rain. Half of the house wall looks new, and half looks old. During that process, we gave the whitewash guy extra money so that at least he could paint our wall with an even color. I have never heard good things about this landlord. I think I am the only one who still speaks well about him on a few things. His wife is a sweet lady, but when it comes to dealing with house-related issues, she does not get involved.

Back to the dog conversation, on Wednesday the dog barked the whole day and then the whole night too. I couldn't sleep all night, and in my anger and frustration, I asked one of the people if he knew of any apartment available nearby as we did not want to shift to a completely unknown place. He immediately said yes, there is an apartment, and I can show you. At the same time, I visited the apartment, and it fulfilled my requirements. During the first visit, we discussed rent and electricity, and I told them I would move on Friday. Thursday, I booked the electricity guy, plumber, and moving packers service. Friday morning, I shifted due to all these reasons.

What I am going to miss is the birds, there were nests in both the balcony :( and my day used to start with them and on the balcony with plants.

So here in my new apartment, I found a spot where I started putting food for birds, and they started coming but for a very short time, I know it will take time. I still go to the old flat street as I used to play with children over there, and the good part is it is very near.

That was my week! Thank you for stopping by.

Ye barking dogs sach mein irritating hote hain. Mujhe dogs pasand hain par wo jinme thode manners ho. To ghar badalne ka decesion accha liya aapne kyunki wahan rahte to aap pakka pagal ho jate.
