The days are going by quickly, the cards are almost all revealed by some of the ambassadors, and the cards are already being sold in the reward shop right now which are divided into portions.

However if you haven't unbind your chaos legion reward cards, You can now do that since the rebellion Reward card is available for use , before they will be washed out from splinterlands.

The new rebellion card is all packed and wrapped demarcated into sections, based on the category you actually want, to get there however all you have to do is head over to the shop and select rewards to see a bunch of them.

But note that The new Rebellion reward cards can only be purchased with Glint; Glint Is the reward currency for ranked play, you can use it just to purchase items in the ranked reward shop
So from the look of things I don't think reward cards can be purchased with coins, sps or dec, But just glint

The Reward shop is split into sections where you have

Rarity Draws:

Draws	Meaning
	Contains a random common soulbound reward card. Gold Foil Chance 2.0%, Alchemy Potions can be used to double the chance of Gold Foils.
	Contains a random rare soulbound reward card. Gold Foil Chance 2.0%, Alchemy Potions can be used to double the chance of Gold Foils
	Contains a random epic soulbound reward card. Gold Foil Chance 2.0%. Alchemy Potions can be used to double the chance of Gold Foils.
	Contains a random legendary soulbound reward card. Gold Foil Chance 2.0%. Alchemy Potions can be used to double the chance of Gold Foils.

Loot Chest

Loot Chest	Meaning
	Contains a soulbound reward card, potion, merits, energy, or a jackpot prize. Reward Card 33%, Potions 31.999%, Merits 30%, Energy 5%, Jackpot! 0.001%, Potions can be used to double the odds of Reward Cards being Epic, Legendary, and Gold Foil.
	An exclusive Epic transferable Title that displays next to your username during battle. Provides a 25% bonus to land production! Only one can be purchased per account. Stock for Limited Items are shared among all players. Push and Shove!
	Contains the most soulbound reward cards, potions, merits, and energy, with the greatest chance of receiving the highest rarity cards or a jackpot prize. Reward Card 33%, Potions 26.9%, Merits 20%, Energy 20%, Jackpot! 0.1%, Potions can be used to double the odds of Reward Cards being Epic, Legendary, and Gold Foil.

Exclusive

Packs	Meaning
	An exclusive Rare transferable Title that displays next to your username during battle. Provides a 10% bonus to land production! Only one can be purchased per account. Stock for Limited Items are shared among all players. Push and Shove!
	An exclusive Epic transferable Title that displays next to your username during battle. Provides a 25% bonus to land production! Only one can be purchased per account. Stock for Limited Items are shared among all players. Push and Shove!
	An exclusive Legendary transferable Title that displays next to your username during battle. Provides a 50% bonus to land production! Only one can be purchased per account. Stock for Limited Items are shared among all players. Push and Shove!

	Play more Ranked Battles by refueling your Energy! You can also buy Energy with DEC, Vouchers or Credits
	Use Legendary Potions to increase your chance of getting Legendary cards in Draws and Card Packs. You can also buy Legendary Potions with DEC or Credits.
	Use Alchemy Potions to increase your chance of getting Gold Foil cards in Draws and Card Packs. You can also buy Alchemy Potions with DEC or Credits.
