Why is it important to improve our self-esteem?
Health in us humans does not only lie in the fact of being healthy from some common diseases, but it is also important that these health terms extend to the construction of a psychological well-being that is only possible if we improve our own self-esteem.
The main objective of improving and coupling our self-esteem to a better mental health is that all this construction must be executed having the subjective perception of ourselves in the different areas in which we operate, physically we must accept ourselves as we are, but always taking care of our image and health, especially that which depends on the care of our body.
We must accept ourselves with our capabilities and intellectual limitations, but that does not mean that we can continue to improve them, so it is conclusive to generalize in this aspect and to be able to say that we must value ourselves in such a way that allows us to continue in tune with our set of activities in the best way and without having to get depressed.
As we understand the importance of improving our own self-esteem, we are getting closer to the fact of accepting that the growth of improving our self-esteem is more about being able to understand that there is a balance or point of equilibrium of personal acceptance and being able to allow ourselves to improve at every moment.
The perception we have of ourselves is what allows us to be in tune with reality permanently without having to fall into critical points of depression and demotivation, which is why we live life comparing the experience of people who have been valued negatively, have been severely punished, having a bad outcome in which they generate a discomfort so great that makes them miss excellent opportunities for success.
