What makes human?

Greetings!

One thing I have really enjoyed being is myself. What do I mean about being myself, you will know much about that as I proceed. But before then, there's alot of things that make a whole self, I could remember when I was in the primary school, the first essay I was asked to write back then was myself. Though I was a young lad then, but even with being a young lad, i was able to write something about myself. Then all i could remember was to write about my favorite food, my complexion, best friends, my school and something about my parents.

But, it's later in life that I got to know that what makes me to be human is more than my favorite food, or my friends or all other things I have mentioned in the above paragraph. Seriously, what makes human is mostly what's inside the man, the innate qualities of a man. These are the things that makes a man most times. Though, we have other physical or to be seen characteristics that makes a man also, but 80% of what makes a man is innate. Like the popular adage in my local language that says," hugeness or big stature does not open door but he who has key." So, being great or becoming somebody in life has nothing to do with your physical appearance alone, but what is inside of you.
When talking of those innate things, then, we will be talking of the raw talent of individuals, craftiness, good character, good thought just to mention but a few. So, become great in life hangs on all these I have mentioned. No wonder some struggle doing things with their power and yet no result. This is because they are yet to tap from their innate qualities but rather they're using power which might not work. Though power works in it's own capacity, but may not take one to the promise land . Instead of doing great, power atimes will limit one to the base, you will only be gaining token for a profit.

Like a friend used to say and I quote, " work smart and not hard." So, if you're to work smart and not hard, you will need to put your talent and your craftiness into good and proper use. No wonder Jesus christ gave a proverb of the talent and we late knew what happened to the one that buried his talent. Thought, talent differs there are some has music as their own talent, but this must come with their craftiness, every talented person must be crafty and this is how to make the raw talent works. The only way to refine your talent is to be crafty. Talent is one thing that's there already, but it's left to us as human to unlock and tap into it and when being tapped into, it makes way for humans.

I have seen a friend who studied Education and English at the university thinking he will work with it after school, so, the guy spent four years running from one classroom to the other, but upon graduation , he applied to schools and got employed, but at school, he likes giving moral talk and he do anchor programs as MC whenever there's an occasion. Though he was a teacher, but he re discovered something about himself and now he's a good public speaker and that's even paying him more than what he's learnt for 4 years in the school. The guy was able to tap into his innate treasure all we need is to be sensitive and pay more attention to our lives then we will discover and tap into our talent.

Another thing is good character, one of the major things that can make a man is good character, seriously good character is innate. No wonder I my language, there's a proverb that says, " character is smoke and no matter how you keep it , it will surely come out." Having good character makes one to fulfill his destiny. Good character opens closed doors and it makes one great in life. I have a female friend. Though we grew up together but while growing up we used to complain about her bad manners which she would be like we should mind our own business. Though she's beautiful, but when she got married to her husband, she took her bad manners to the marriage and could not cover it up, she had crises in the marriage and her beauty could not save her marriage as the marriage is a now thing of the past. No wonder another adage in my language says, " a woman has bad characters and says she doesn't have the luck to have good husband." Bad characters will only lead one nowhere.

Lastly, one thing not to joke with that makes man is good thought and insight, seriously for human to get to his or her peak, he or she must be thoughtful and have insight about where he is going not minding the present moment. The only problem.people have now and that's bringing them down is that they are not thoughtful and they mind their current situation so much which will take them.no where.

So, what makes a man is beyond what we eat, drink or wear. What makes a man is vision and mission which encompasses all I have said in the paragraphs above. Do you want to be great, try and tap into all being said so far and your life will not remain the same.
