Can you name this insect?

Hello everyone.
Last year I saw this insect. It was quite unusual and it was first time that I saw this insect. First thing that was interesting was long anthenas. Also it had long body covered with small hairs and black dots ( I think there was dust on it as well). Tip of the legs are different as well ( saw that in photos). I would like to know the name of this insects so if anyone knows feel free to comment.
Location is Southeast Europe - Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since I have not see it before I am curious if they rare or just good at hiding and avoiding people.

As you can see anthenas are quite long.
