The Processes Of Turning Dreams Into Reality [Part 3/3]

It is true that every human has their own individual dream and what they want to achieve in life. Even right from childhood, many people have started with the process of dreaming. However, the bulk of the work rests on the actions you have taken to see that the dreams are turned into reality. It does not stop at dreaming but onus is laid on you to work it out. You will agree with me that when you were a kid and you were asked what you would like to become, you were quick to mention something mind-blowing, but how far have you gone with fulfilling it? Are you still on the right course or have you ditched the dream? Here, we shall be taking the concluding part of the processes to seeing one's dream turn into reality.

1. Do not give up on your dreams

It is very important to note that the journey to the actualization of your dream will not be rosy and it may be full of challenges, but you should not give up. There may even be sometime that you may experience a failed attempt, but do not see it as a setback, rather see it as the "steps back" that you have taken to make a better comeback. Those that have made some mind-blowing feats had their own trying times but they kept at it and eventually achieved their dreams. One thing to know is that the bigger the dream you have, the bigger the challenges that you have to deal with, so do not allow your challenges to take your mind off the dream.

You may have made an attempt on your dream and it may not not have worked at the first attempt, what will you do? First of all, this should give you the motivation that you are making attempts in the first place. Obviously, there won't be a failed attempt if there was no attempt. So for the fact that you have made an attempt shows that you are on the right course. Sometimes, what someone sees as a failure might just be a lesson in disguise to make the person better at the next attempt. Failure does not mean that your dream is impossible to be actualized, it only means that you should do better with your next trial and not to quit.

Before the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) put humans on the moon, they failed at the first attempt, which even costed them some heavy resources including some of their crews. However, this did not make them to quit their plans of sending humans to moon. They tried again and that was how the Apollo 11 crew (Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, Michael Collins) were sent to the moon. Do not give up on your dreams.

2. Believe in your dream and in yourself

A very important step after you have created your dream is to believe in your dream and in your ability to pursue after the dream. The dream that you do not believe in cannot motivate you. More so, if you do not believe that you have the capacity to actualize your dream, then the willingness to pursue after it will be non-existent.

Note this; no matter your status or your background, you are not disadvantaged. Obviously, if someone else has fulfilled their own dream, what makes you to think that you cannot fulfil yours? No matter how big your dream is, you need to see it as possible and achievable, so that you will have the zeal to pursue after it. You cannot achieve what you do not believe you can, so you have to start with realigning your mentality to be open to new possibilities and have the mentality of "I can."

3. Change processes, not the dream

In our first point, we talked about trying again even after a failed attempt, but one thing to do is that when you are trying again, you should not just try the same way that you did before, you need to change the approach and processes in order to have a change of result. You may not necessarily need to change the dream as a whole but it may be something as simple as a change of approach that will bring about the required result.

If the actions you are taking on your dreams do not seem to be producing the required results, then it may be time to change methods or change the actions. After all, there may not be anything wrong with the dream or the idea itself, everything may just be wrong with your approach.

Peace on y'all

Nice motivation,i really like the part you said that we should change motion and not dream.

Most people tend to change their dream instead of changing motion.
