your dietary intake is very very important. You can not work towards preventing diabetes without monitoring your diet. The kind of food we eat, drinks we take, time to eat have a major role in Diabetes prevention.
To prevent diabetes one much be able to keep balance in food intake. A balance between the classes of food is needed. Too much of sugary food should be managed or reduce. Advisable a food specialists can advice you on your food roaster.
Lifestyle modification:
modifying your lifestyle is very important. Some may wonder how and what is lifestyle modification. Basically lifestyle modification is adjusting in your lifestyle to suit and improve your health.
