BEST MOVE - rook from d2 to e2. White king can move from h2 to h1 or h3. So it won't help much the white why because next step from black is e2 to e1 so white rook will kill black rook or white pawn but white rook will be lost if do so.
If suppose white rook is moved from white rook is moved from f1 to any of the horizontal line. Then next step is from white pawn moving forward f2 to f1 giving a check to white king and it also gets black queen.
