Saima had multiple tumors in jer arm. She was devastated when she got to know about it. At first her doctors suggested to amputate her arm. But, she decided not to amputate it. It took multiple successful surgeries to take out the tumors and she was so delighted with her decision. It could have turned her life upside down. This is why making right decisions is very important
