Hello guys. I'm back in this community after a week and this is my post for the Creative-Sunday Contest. Hope you are all doing well. Today the weather is pretty good due to the light sunshine. Some of you guys may know that last week I made a drawing of beautiful red flowers and cause of their attractive colors they were loved by everyone and I got lots of nice comments which gave me a lot of motivation. This morning I noticed that my post was also mentioned in the Creative Sunday Highlighted Contents, which is an honor for me. Today I drew a character from Splinterlands as you know from the above title. Hope you like this drawing of mine. Let's start with the procedure.
Procedure
The face of this character is quite complicated and before I made it I was wondering whether I would be able to make it or not. I got a good sketch of this character after an hour and before that I made several sketches but they failed and I'm glad I designed his face well.
After getting a good sketch I started to fill the colors in this character. First I painted his face orange color because in the original picture he had a light pink color on the body but I had a dark pink color so I decided to add orange color which matches to the burning fire on his head. Now I filled the brown color in his axe and the gap between his teeth. Then I filled the yellow color in his eyes. I have used marker colors which look quite dark and add to the beauty of the drawing.
Now I did sketch with a sketch pencil on the areas where the space is white to make it realistic and I tried my best to make it neat. Finally I added green to his jeans and outlined with a black marker to highlight his face. I spent more than two hours on this drawing. Hope you like this drawing.
