Embroidery of Lunaria Annua Flowers πŸͺ»πŸ€ | Needlework Monday

Hello guys. Hope you are all doing well. I'm back in this community after a week and this is my post for the Needlework Monday contest. A new and beautiful week has started with sunshine and I am enjoying the sunshine. Some of you may know that the flowers I embroidered last Monday were very neat and sophisticated, so you guys gave me a lot of good feedback and gave me a lot of motivation.

Today I have embroidered Lunaria Annua flowers. I tried my best to make them realistic and beautiful. I used purple and yellow thread to make these flowers and green thread to make the leaves and branches. I hope you will like this embroidery of mine. Let's start with the procedure.

Procedure

When I woke up in the morning, the sun had come out and I sat in the sunshine without freshness because it was quite cold at night and I was missing the sun a lot. After resting for a while, I freshened up and had breakfast. Then I collected all the things for embroidery. I didn't know what kind of flower sketch I would draw.

Finally I made the sketch of beautiful flowers and this design is myself. After completing the sketch I looked on the internet to see if such flowers are available in reality. I found many flowers among which this Flowers looked mostly like Lunaria Annua.

After completing the sketch, I started embroidering. Lunaria Annua flowers are mostly purple and white in color so I decided to embroider these flowers purple. I like this purple thread I have quite well because it is thin and neat. I have made very few flowers with this thread so I decided to use this thread.

The stitch I use to embroider these flowers I learned a few weeks back as I told you in my previous blog. I like this stitch because it makes your embroidery look sophisticated. I tried my best to make these flowers neat and beautiful so that you people will like my embroidery. I really liked the floral embroidery and I am very satisfied with it.

After finishing embroidering the flowers, I put the green thread in the needle and started embroidering the leaves. Embroidering the leaves is quite a satisfying process and I used the same stitch to embroider the leaves. Finally I embroidered the inside of the flowers with yellow thread and this stitch is my favourite. I completed this whole embroidery in about two and half hours. Hope you like my embroidery. I will be waiting for your feedback.
