2024-06-07 - We are going to rename from Hive Distrion App to Hive Distriator

Welcome to daily updates from @sagarkothari88 - a Hive Witness & mobile-app-developer. I daily invest my time with my skillset in #Hive & I daily hive-power-up.

Hive Distrion App - Development Updates
Updating App name
- We have decided to change the name to "Distriator"
- @starkerz said "its a great name, but there is a small electronic music artist from spain with the same name."
- @starkerz also have booked a new domain "distriator.com" from namecheap
- I took care of technical side of it.
- I have updated the front-end code & applied Hive-Distriator where-ever I could find.
Working on New Business List
- Above screenshots give you an idea of how a new business list is going to look a like.
- So far, in our records we didn't have images for business.
- For each business, we stored details from waivio/google
- Now that we have images for each business, we can beautify the UX with those.
- We'll also update business details page with photo-gallery
Newly Deployed changes ready for review
- Graph: Business account wise graph is ready & deployed.
- Graph: Those who have admin access or super admin access & business guide access can access reports.
- Claim: New claim logic is implemented.
- Claim: Except minimum transaction amount, we've everything implemented, tested & deployed & tested again.
- I have assigned both tasks to @starkerz & moved it to "In Review"
Rewarding Hive Content Creators
- I support several contests hosted by different communities.
- I reward them with Hive-Power-up for the contribution that they have made on communities on Hive.
- We keep transferring portion of hive power to different users on Hive for encouraging them for their contribution on Hive.
- Those who respond to our replies, we also reward them with different tokens like ALIVE, PIZZA, BEER, LUV
- Today, we sent portion of hive to these users - @littlesorceress, @milaan, @lesmann, @tin.aung.soe, @kungfukid, @damelysh, @zoricatech, @abdulwahab4004, @lindoro

- I'm running 12 powerful video encoder nodes for 3Speak Community Members.
- Monthly internet bandwidth usage which exceeds 15 TB, Maintenance cost, Electricity backup, Internet backup, Depreciation cost - it's all on me.
- On 2024-06-07, 3Speak published total 142 videos.
- My video encoder nodes encoded 121 videos from 142 videos published.
- It means, my encoder nodes encoded 85.21 % of total videos published on 2024-06-07

Powerful move. Choosing a name for your brand is so important. We all know that HIVE is amazing but this choice of name left our beloved blockchain in a world of obscurity as the namesake is too saturated for organic growth.
