Pizza con sabor HBD (Esp/Ing)

Una de las grandes ventajas del proyecto de Criptoadopción es que puedo complacer a mi familia con mis HBD. El jueves queríamos comer pizza para cenar. Decidí visitar el Hato Grill para buscar los productos que necesitaba, el horario nocturno de este establecimiento comercial me ha facilitado las compras, puedo ir en cualquier momento del día.

One of the great advantages of the Cryptoadoption project is that I can indulge my family with my HBDs. On Thursday we wanted to have pizza for dinner. I decided to visit the Hato Grill to look for the products I needed, the late night hours of this commercial establishment has made shopping easier for me, I can go at any time of the day.

En casa tenía harina de trigo Mary, la cual es de muy buena calidad, por tanto, haría la mezcla cuando regresara, nos gusta que la masa quede esponjosa y mantenga la frescura. Estas dos características se fusionan muy bien con el resto de los ingredientes, otorgándole buena textura y un sabor delicioso.

Fui a la zona de la charcutería a buscar queso mozzarella para rallar, el que venden aquí es muy bueno. También le agregaríamos salami cocido. La presencia de este ingrediente le da un toque ahumado y con un ligero gusto a especias, lo que hace única la combinación.

I went to the deli area to look for mozzarella cheese to grate, the one they sell here is very good. We would also add cooked salami. The presence of this ingredient gives it a smoky touch with a slight spicy taste, which makes the combination unique.

Luego me dirigí al anaquel donde se encuentran las salsas, entre tantas opciones, opté por la marca Osole, la que es específica para pizzas, la cual trae trocitos de cebolla y tomate. Además, tiene orégano incluido, una hierba que se ha utilizado en el arte culinario desde hace muchas generaciones, concediendo un sabor fuerte y un aroma agradable.

Then I went to the shelf where the sauces are located, among so many options, I opted for the Osole brand, the one specifically for pizzas, which has small pieces of onion and tomato. In addition, it has oregano included, an herb that has been used in the culinary art for many generations, giving it a strong flavor and a pleasant aroma.

Usé mis HBD para cancelar y de inmediato el pago estaba listo. Posteriormente, abrí la aplicación Distriator para reclamar el descuento del 45%< correspondiente a 3.051 HBD. En esta oportunidad, el reembolso no se realizó de inmediato, puesto que la plataforma se encontraba en mantenimiento. Sin embargo, al tener el link del post, el cual servía como comprobante de la compra, al día siguiente realicé el reclamo y reintegraron el monto arriba señalado.
