You can climb and rank for the income leaderboard using only Economists. Definitely my top pick for growth. ROI looks a lot better on Eco Activist, Sick Citizen, and Soldier usually. Especially if you start playing with bids.

Both solider and sick citizen cost a lot of social support, I don't think it would be great for having many of them

anyway, I saw the sick citizen got 1-3 tax refund, is that random on first buy or random everyday ?
