The journey... an inner ride, a call of hope to knowledge. Sit down to see yourself inside and recognize in you "the ego", the most fearsome of your enemies and accept with self-pity that its greatest danger lies precisely in the fact that it is part of yourself.

Breathe deeply and be grateful, thank, thank, thank, to the light, to the universe, simply for being able to breathe,
tomorrow...tomorrow will be another day!!!!

El viaje...una cabalgata interior, un llamado de esperanza al conocimiento. Sentarte a verte por dentro y reconocer en ti "el ego", el más temible de tus enemigos y aceptar con autocompasión que su mayor peligrosidad reside precisamente en que es parte de ti mismo.

Respirar profundamente y agradecer,
agradecer, agradecer, a la luz, al universo, simplemente por poder respirar,
mañana...mañana será otro día!!!
