A friend of mine once rented an apartment with no drainage system. According to her, whenever it rains, water always finds its way into the house.

She had to leave when a heavy downpour flooded the whole place and wrecked all her belongings.

I feel her pain because it once happen to me. That is why is good to rent an apartment during raining season so that you will know the condition of the place.
