Exploring It for the First Time, Trying It, and Adding Items Into Cart: A New Bracelet and Cap, a Gift From Mom

Knowing the existence of online shopping applications like Shoppee and Lazada, we are more bold now to try other online shopping apps, like Temu, even with the risk of not getting what we ordered. Because, you know, it's new, and I read reviews or comments online about Temu, and it's not all good. Well, to be precise, I'm the only one who read it. Mom had no idea, but I told her about the bad reviews about it and reminded her a lot of times. But Mom still wants to try it and so we tried it.

She even said that what she wants to order is cheap, so if ever it's not working when it arrives, at least she didn't lose a lot of money. Like, seriously ಥ_ಥ. Lol. I don't even know how she found out about Temu. I just found out that she already has the app installed on her phone. Maybe it is from an ADS or whatever. She's a regular user of Facebook, so that's maybe where she finds it. She just showed me the thing she wanted to order and convinced me to check it.

So fast forward, I check the item she wants to add to the cart. It is a four-item set, the main is a watch, and then it has three kinds of bracelets. When I saw the watch, it was actually not bad. It has a simple design and is really flat and kind of big too. But Mom told me that what she really wants is the strap of the watch, as it is made of leather. They won't sell it this cheap if it's real leather, so maybe it is a cheap one too. Either way, Mom liked it, so I read the reviews of the item to check if its a good item.

And seeing that there's a lot of people who already ordered it, I gave Mom a go signal to order it. But before adding it to the cart, I asked her if she really wanted to buy it. And she's still firm about her decision to get the said item, lol - so I tap add to cart. But there's a minimum spend of 280 PHP. And the item we ordered is just 94 PHP. So I told Mom about it. She said, Find a cap for her, then she asked me if I wanted it too. I said yes, I want it! So I added two caps, gray and khaki color. I was like: ┏(＾0＾)┛.

Then one week later, our parcel arrived!

And because I ordered it at a different shop, I thought it would come separately and in a separate bag. But surprisingly, it all came together, and in one bag at that.

In Shoppee and in Lazada, even if I check them out together, their arrival time is still different. They are from different shops, so that's to be expected.

But it is different in Temu. It's cool.

So here are the items that Mom ordered. All of these are 94 PHP only. In fact, the cap is more expensive than this, it's 120+ pesos each. But even if this one is cheap, I think the design of the watch and the bracelets is not that bad either. Especially the watch, Mom likes it a lot. She really just wanted the watch, so the bracelets were given to me, and mommy D, two bracelets we're mine.

Here's the design of the watch. It's really just simple. And I thought it was not working because it's not running. Mom checked it, and I think she pressed something on the side of the watch, and that's when it started working. What do you think of the design?

And as for the cap, well, it's not bad either. The design is just a sticker, though. Still, I like it, especially the color.

I also asked Wiswis to model my new bracelet for me, and she gladly did it. Don't get me wrong, guys, I didn't force her. She has a serious face here because she's a professional. Ehermmmm (ꈍᴗꈍ).

I don't encourage anyone to try the Temu app. Do it at your own will, and make sure to do your own research before buying in that temu app. This is our first time trying this application, and we do it on a whim, so there's no way to know if all of them are legit or not. That's all, thank you!
