A Sudden Power Interruption can Lead to Something Productive and Fun, Like Organizing Stuff and Spending Time with the Pets.

"Brownout Capital of the Philippines," and instead of the Rice Granary and the Fruit Basket of Southern Tagalog, we are now dubbed "Brownout Capital of the Philippines." Seriously, the constant power interruption has become the biggest problem in our province. I really wish they could fix this problem soon, even though I doubt that, because this is a problem even before. Who knows how long we have to endure this kind of service? But I'm still hoping that this problem will be solved soon. Aigooo.

Omg! This is not a rant, though. I mean, it's kind of, but nevermind that. (≧▽≦)

When it comes to power outages, I am always ready for them, especially since I use my phone all day, and for me to do that, I have to charge my phone at night, before or after sleeping. It's a good thing, though, that my phone doesn't take much time to be full, unlike my first smartphone, which took 3 hours to be full. Although I am always ready for it, there are times that we have a sudden power interruption early in the morning, and sometimes it will come back at 6 p.m. And no phone means we have to endure a very long, boring, and annoying day.

Another thing is that when there is a sudden power outage, some of you know that we have a mini-store at home. We sell cold drinks too, and Mommy D turns it off every night. If the power suddenly cuts off, we'll have no choice but to sell warm drinks instead of cold ones. We don't have a generator, so there's no way that we can operate the fridge. We don't even own a power bank to charge our smartphones because we don't have a budget for that. If there's a sudden power outage, you have no choice but to accept it and just find something meaningful to do for the day.

But the worst thing about a power outage is if the power is cut at night and it is too hot. That's enough reason for us to curse whoever operates the electric power company in our province, which is Ormeco. Seriously, lots of people are mad with Ormeco right now because of the constant brownout, and then they charge too much for the electricity, imagine 17+ pesos per kilowatt. Whoa, just whoa! We can only complain, but there's still no solution. It's a good thing, though, that rechargeable e-fans exist, as well as e-fans with solar. We can survive thanks to that.

In the past, if my phone couldn't be used because of a power interruption, I would take that time to reorganize my clothes. There are times that my clothes organizer becomes messy, especially when I'm picking clothes. And only when I feel like organizing them can I take care of them again. Lol. Also, during that time, I will just spend my time playing with our cat and Mama's chicken and dog. You know how our dogs, cats, or even chickens can make our day brighter, especially during a boring day. They love play time, and they are more than willing to play.

"Dealing With Power Cuts" is easy but I really hate a sudden power interruption, but it can't be helped. We really just need to be ready so that when it happens, we won't be filled with rage. Lol ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ.

Nakakainis kapag mawalan ng kuryente tuwing gabi, hirap makatulog. Buti may generator sa office namin, kaya kahit madalas walang kuryente lately due to heavy rain, may power pa rin.
