Hello friends. I want to share some practical items related to newborns aged 0 to 3 months that have significantly eased my life.

Baby changing tables

Before becoming a parent, I didn't even know what baby changing tables were for. These tables can be a great help in your daily baby are routine. My suggestion is to have one changing table in the baby's room and another in the bathroom. Changing, dressing and cleaning the baby on the bathroom table is incredibly easy and convenient. And we have a special tub on this table for washing the baby; it provides a comfortable washing experience without the worry of spilling while leaning over a big bathtub's edge.

Secondly another item that has made my life much easier is a baby dresser with a changing top. It has four spacious compartments and a pull-out changing surface. You can retract the changing surface inward to use the dresser as a regular one. I store all baby care essentials diapers, clothes, etc. in this dresser. Dressing the baby on this dresser is very practical.

Rocking baby crib

My another favorite product is a rocking baby crib. This item proved to be extremely beneficial while my baby slept in the crib. While many babies sleep in their parents bed I was using this crib for my baby. The crib has a rocking mechanism making it easy to gently sway the baby. The rocking motion provides a soothing and effective way to calm and put the baby to sleep. If your baby falls asleep while being held you can gently rock them to keep them calm. Placing the baby in the crib while it rocks can help them sleep for longer periods.

When I visited my parents, there weren't any tools to help the baby sleep. This meant there was no option to rock the baby and my baby would frequently wake up. So, I often had to pick up and rock the baby again to calm and put them to sleep.

Exercise Ball

Another product that provided great support to me during the first three months is a large exercise ball. This ball proved to be very helpful when my baby became fussy or restless. Calming my baby by gently rocking them on the ball not only soothed them but also provided support to my back. It didn't strain my knees while rocking the baby.

Portable Baby Rotating Toy

In the fifth spot we have a highly practical product: the portable baby rotating toy. This toy is hung over the baby's crib, features amoving plaything that captures the baby's attention. It provides the opportunity for your baby to listen to music and gaze at moving objects. And the toy also includes a nightlight feature.

I also use a felt mobile toy that I made myself. The baby enjoys playing with this toy and has fun with its moving parts.

Musical Rabbit

This rabbit comes with various modes and captures the baby's interest. The rabbit's ears are designed to be pulled and bitten by the baby. And the rabbit's ears emit light similar to a night lamp.

There is also another musical toy with interesting and diverse modes. Thanks to this toy the baby can listen to soothing music or experience different sound effects. This toy helps the baby relax in situations like falling asleep or waking up.

All of these items have contributed to making the first few months with my baby more comfortable and enjoyable.

A baby hears a bell sound. The bell is ringing. This bell could be one of the various types of sounds the baby hears in their life and sometimes these sounds can frighten the baby. This is where the rabbit comes into play helping the baby become accustomed to such sounds and beginning to listen to them. The baby enjoys these sounds. Especially responding to them with fascination around the age of three months. If the baby starts crying for example, while trying to dress them after a bath, this rabbit assists. When my baby cries, I open the rabbit show them the sounds and change them, the baby loves to examine and listen to these sounds.

There is a spinning ball in this toy. The ball contains positive and calming sounds. Soft toys also provide a crunching feature for babies, as well as lighting and a good gripping surface. The toy is a bit heavy. So my baby started using it when they were three months old. It was challenging to use earlier. You can switch between different modes by simply pressing or holding down, depending on the situation.

The toy can play fun songs. Besides that, options like lullabies and white noise are also available.

Food warmer

Another product is the warmer. This product is more suitable for artificially fed babies. We ordered a regular food warmer from Wildberries that includes a sterilizer and a meal warming feature. We didn't use the sterilizer much because tasks like emptying and filling the water were quite cumbersome. But using it as a heater was quite practical. You can warm and keep two bottles at the same time and use it throughout the night. This is a very functional product especially for nighttime feedings.

Cocoon Blanket

Another important product is the cocoon blanket. This is a significant item for about a month and a half. It's especially useful at night. Some mothers who haven't got a swing might find it unnecessary as they could think it mimics the motion of a swing. These two products are entirely different. You might not need a swing, but when you have one the baby calms down quickly. It might be better to use the swing when the baby is around one and a half months old. This product can be extremely handy especially when you need to go out or have a meal. In a way the cocoon blanket canfunction as a portable crib.

Nursing Pillow

The nursing pillow can also be quite important for up to three months. This pillow is designed to enhance breastfeeding comfort.

Night Light

I also recommend having a string of lights or a night light. We put up a string of lights at home during New Year's. When this string of lights is turned on at night it provides a nice illumination of the room. This creates a soft light that doesn't disturb the baby.
